Luxury 4 bedroom detached villa, with panoramic sea views and mountain views from large first floor terrace in this sought after area of Coveta Fuma. Beautiful garden with swimming pool, that has a retractable pool covering which can be closed in cooler weather conditions to facilitate swimming most of the year. The villa is surrounded by shaded terraces and a large sun drenched terrace by the pool and on the first floor which has been fitted with an awning to allow shade.

The villa consists of four large bedrooms, three double and one twin, three bathrooms, large lounge/diner, American kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, grill, fridge/freezer microwave oven and toaster.

Satellite TV with English and Spanish channels, all rooms are fully air-conditioned, full WiFi internet and printer.

Outside BBQ, large private parking area, sunbeds, recliner chairs, swinging garden chair, large eating area on shaded terrace.

A lovely holiday near El Campello

The villa is fabulous, very clean, spacious and very well equipped so we found everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Also the highlight was the pool and large outdoor area, where we spent most of our time. The pool is a good size and well maintained. The outdoor covered seating area was great to keep you cool during the hot day and for BBQs and a glass of wine in the evening. We really enjoyed our time here. It was just what we wanted - sunshine, relaxation and comfort to totally recharge those batteries.

The sea is only 2 minutes walk and the views from the patio and the main bedroom are fantastic.

The surrounding area is quiet, nice and well kept. A local supermarket and the square is a very short drive away where there is a selection of different bars / restaurants. El Campello (the nearest town) is 10 minutes away by car - where you will find a great choice of beaches, bars and restaurants for all budgets. The promenade is lovely and very safe.

We would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and are hoping to visit again in the future.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this fantastic "no at all small" Villa. We were in total 5 person, 4 adults and 1 child, but the villa can easily lodge upto 8 persons as there are 3 luxurious bathrooms with private shower and WC.

It had all the facilities you need to make your stay to the best of your comfort. We did not miss anything, all was foreseen !!.

With minimum of shopping you can easily prepare dinner combining features of the well equipped kitchen and outdoor Gas BBQ.

Because we had a car, we have easily access to several large stores and on wednesday we just went to the weekly fish market to get nice and fresh fish.

There is plenty to do and visit around (by car) but you should try as much as you can to stay and enjoy the Villa, and from the morning till the evening you can enjoying a nice splash in the swimming pool.

Indeed there is a Tram that passes behind the Villa, but absolute it did not bother us at all. In fact it is very handy to know that we can leave the car at the villa and take the public transport to visit any city/village by Tram.

From the Villa you have a superb view to mountains and to the see. It is located in a very nice and quite residence area.

Since it was so closed to the see, we enjoy a nice walk along the beach. At night you can even hear the sea.

Lot's of terraces either covered and non covered suitable for all moments of the day.

We will certainly go back next year !! .

Wonderful holiday near Alicante

My wife and I spent a week in this beautiful villa near Alicante. It is truely a home away from home but with the added bonus of the swimming pool which was great fun. The villa is located in an area from which you can walk to local beaches in about 10 minutes and there is a supermarket again about 10 minutes away. We hired a car and drove into Alicante and El Campello however there is a tram / train station a short walk away where you can jump on a train to Alicante or Denia in the opposite direction.

The villa is on a quiet road and is accessed through an automatic electric gate with enough parking space inside the ground for several cars.

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the ground floor terrace is large, great for sitting in the shade on a very hot day. The view from the upper balcony across the Med is wonderful.

I would highly recommend this villa to any family wanting to stay in this quiet and beautiful part of Spain.

We'll definitely be back next year.

A wonderful, bright, airy and spacious 2nd line detached property situated on the most sought after road in Coveta Fuma.

This Villa is 2 minutes walk from a lovely stony beach and there are amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains.

A five minute drive is the local village where you will find a supermarket, train station, post office, taxi, car hire, and facility to book for local attractions and shows in the area. Also several local restaurants and bars are situated within the village.

A thirty minute drive into either Alicante or Benidorm both of which have a plentiful of shops, restaurants, bars and places of interest to visit.

A 20 minute drive will bring to you to Terra Mittaca,one of the largest theme parks in Europe and nearby is Aqualandia, a large water theme park for all the family.

Within four miles drive is El Campello with its large port, beautiful sandy beaches, promenades and a multitude of shops, international restaurants and bars.
