This condo has Great views of entire beach. The unit has tile through out except for the bedrooms. There is a king bed in the master and twins in the guest bedroom. There is sleeper sofa in living room . Sleeps 6 people. Washer/dryer are in the unit. Seawinds condominium also has its own pool and hot tub. There are two Tennis courts on the property. You Literally walk out the back door and you are on the beach. The Seawinds condominium is located on Collier Blvd. which is Marco's main road. You are minutes away from shopping and many great restaurants.

Great view and perfect location
The location of this condo was great. Towards the south end of the island which is much quieter than being up by the Marriott. We looked at staying at the Marriott, but we decided on this condo instead as it was about a third of the price. The unit is a little tired and dated, but we expected that from the pictures and some previous reviews. While the unit could probably use a deep clean, we did not find it to be inhabitable. We have 3 kids so nothing is ever spic'n'span in our house. I agree with the other users that the hot water is limited as the water heater in the unit is pretty small. Overall, the beds were comfortable, towels were in good condition, the unit was relatively clean and had pretty much everything you needed. Price is reflective of what you get.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Any shortcomings are definitely made up for by the location. The management is very responsive to any questions or concerns that might come up. It is right next store to one of the island's best beach sports bars, and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, movie theater and miniature golf. I like how both bathrooms are off each bedroom and adjoin to the shower which can be completely closed off so it feels like two full baths. This beach condo is a very good deal for this area of Marco Island.

Great time in Marco Island; not a great unit to rent
We love staying in Marco Island and overall we had a wonderful vacation however we would not recommend this unit as it lacks some very basic components for a week’s stay. When we booked this condo we could see from the pictures the unit had not been updated like many of the others have at this location. With the pictures in mind we thought we had set expectations accordingly, as long as the condo is clean all is well. It was very unfortunate but the unit was not clean. My wife took the time on Sat. evening to make sure the condo, bathrooms, and bedding were clean enough for us to stay for the week. After she was done cleaning we set out for a trip to Wal-Mart to purchase our own bath and kitchen towels.
The bathroom floors had hair on them that were definitely not ours, we are both blonde. The shower had many hairs and its own problems. If you like to stand in 3 inches of water while taking a cold shower and looking at mildew on the ceiling you won’t mind this unit’s master bath. The hot water runs out in about 5 minutes and the water does not drain from the tub until well after you’ve finished your shower. The towels that were available in the unit could not be used. They had been washed so many times there was nothing left of them but brightly stained thin material. This review sounds a bit rough but I can’t imagine what those towels would have felt like trying to dry myself down.
The door handles throughout the unit were filthy; they felt sticky and cleaned up surprisingly well using only a Clorox wipe! The fridge had definitely seen its best days; acceptable maybe? but visually unappealing to grab a dirty old handle when going to get something to eat or drink. The glasses had permanent dishwasher soap stains on them and preparing food would be rather difficult because there were no lids for the few stained pans supplied and all cookware was flaking Teflon coating. The coffee pot was a fire hazard (no auto shut off) left and had to come back because we forgot and left it on and didn’t want to come back to burnt coffee or worse a fire.
My wife called the rental agent and explained that our experience was less than desirable. The owner called us back that evening acting surprised by my wife’s detailed comments about the lack of basic cleanliness and other suggested improvements. The blame was laid squarely on the cleaning staff.
Even though our experience with this particular unit was not favorable we had an amazing time in Marco Island

Locker outside elevator is a nice touch with beach chairs etc... The sliding doors to outside patio needs work. Otherwise condo has everything you need.
