The property has a beautiful large courtyard garden equipped with garden furniture & BBQ. A five minute walk leading to sea views and a stunning cliff top path, beautiful sandy beaches lie beneath. The house located less than a minutes walk into the centre of Shanklin Town. On street parking, on a first come basis.

This old semi-detached Victorian house dates back to 1860 and has a wonderful space for families, couples and individuals on holiday or even an Island mini break for a lone traveler. Situated in the centre of Shanklin makes the property appealing to everybody and all your amenities on the door step. After traveling the globe for over 30yrs discovering the Isle of Wight a few years ago and all that this stunning island encompasses my husband & I had to finally unpack the suitcase, this house delivered on all levels as does the beauty surrounding it.

Lovely holiday home!

Lovely home away from home. Excellent location being within walking distance of both the high street and beach.

Spacious and very tastefully decorated and furnished with everything you need supplied.

We had a lovely week - me, hubby, daughter (20), son, (17) and son's girlfriend(also17). We love the Isle of Wight but was a while since we had stayed on the Island - but was just as lovely as always.

Lots to do in Shanklin itself and much more if you explore the Island.

We hope to come back soon.

Little gem of a house

We stayed in this property for 4 nights in June 2018 for the Isle of Wight festival. The house is lovely, well decorated, spacious and well equipped. It's location is great. Walking distance to the beach, shops, bus stops and train station. We toured most of the IOW from here, it was a great base! We would definitely rent again (the only reason we aren't next year is because there will be 8 of us instead of 6!).
