Space

Apartment located in the urbanization Arruzafa Playa, one of the most prestigious residential complexes of Mijas Costa. It is located right on the edge of the sea and has ample garden areas, swimming pool and sports areas free of charge. It is located on the edge of the largest beach in Mijas and one of the best on the western Costa del Sol. Luce the Blue Flag that is awarded to the best beaches for its quality and equipment. A few meters you have restaurants, supermarkets and hypermarkets without car. This is a private apartment. We help our guests plan their trip, receive them personally upon arrival and resolve any issues during the stay.

Services and common areas

Quiet and closed urbanization, in front of the beach, next to the new Coastal Path of Mijas; passes in front of the urbanization and travels almost 6 kms of wooden path at the edge of the sea from La Cala de Mijas to Puerto Cabopino. Large communal gardens with swimming pool and direct access to the beach, tennis court and paddle for free use for residents. Private parking in basement. The common areas are spacious and well maintained. Wi-Fi is available in public areas. This is a quiet and respectful urbanization with the norms of coexistence. Enjoy it and also think about the rest of those around you.

Neighborhood Overview

The urbanization is located 500 meters from La Cala de Mijas, an old fishing village on the edge of the sea now converted into a small tourist town where you can find all services (restaurants, supermarkets, commerce, medical services, Civil Guard, etc) where you can walk in a few minutes in a pleasant walk by the sea along the coastal path. In the Term of Mijas has a multitude of tourist attractions, including racecourse, seven golf courses, ... Nearby you can also find the marinas of Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella and Banús. There is an excellent beach bar restaurant right on the beach in front of the urbanization, where you can also, if you wish, rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In summer there are aquatic activities in the sea, jet ski rental, canoes, kayaks, windsurf boards, ...

How to get around

The urbanization is next to the Autovía del Mediterráneo (Autovía A7) so you have a bus and taxi stop very close. There are bus lines that connect the entire Costa del Sol and also with other cities of Andalusia. It is recommended to visit the nearby coastal towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Estepona, Benalmádena and Torremolinos. The province of Malaga also has a large number of localities of great cultural and tourist interest, among which the population of Mijas Pueblo stands out for its uniqueness and proximity. Especially recommended the visit of the nearby cities of Malaga and Granada. Taxis offer closed prices to take you to the main tourist destinations in the area. No surprises. In La Cala there is a car rental establishment where, if you wish, you can rent a car. There is also bicycle hire.

The Costa del Sol Occidental is the coastal region located west of the city of Malaga. Bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, it is located near the Strait of Gibraltar where it merges with the Atlantic Ocean. In this area, the waters are temperate and sandy bottom ideal for bathing. It is one of the most important tourist areas of Spain and concentrates most of the tourism of sun, beach and rest of Andalusia.
