This flat is amazing! The location was absolutely perfect. Very close to the underground and walking distance to everything you want to see and do. There are lots of really good bars and restaurants on your door step and the flat is packed with amenities if you want to stop by the local store and make your own meal. Jen the host is an absolute dream, she provided advice on every aspect of my trip and made sure I had everything I needed all the way through my stay at her flat. Can’t wait to stay there again very soon! The flat has everything you need to set up home base for your stay in London.
Great flat and great location
Jen’s place is centrally located - restaurants, markets, pubs and tube are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Great shower. I’d love to stay here again.
Fantastic place in wonderful location
We stayed here for a couple of nights. It was so nice to meet Jen the owner who showed us the ins and outs of the apartment as well as explained to us how to get around London. The apartment is a short (~10 min) walk to Tower Bridge. The flat itself was lovely! Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Our kids slept on the couch and we had the upstairs queen bed. The living area was a perfect size for us~~we even stayed in one night and watched Shelock Gnomes on Netflix! Jen had also supplied extra charging ports which was helpful since we only had one (from the States). The outside of the flat was quiet and there was a small playground for the kids too. Thanks Jen for your hospitality!
Great place in a great location
My wife and I stayed for three nights, and we loved the flat itself and it's walking-distance location to the tube (London Bridge station). Everything we needed was there, and the bed was comfortable. Jen was a great hostess with helpful emails in advance and since the booking schedule allowed, she worked with us to leave our bags there until our train departed later that evening. Thank you!
The apartment was nice. It was not as nice as the photos, but still served it's purpose. The host was amazing and helpful. There are narrow stairs within the apartment, that make it difficult to go up and down with luggage. Also keep in mind it's on the third floor of the complex and if you have heavy luggage, it may be difficult to get up and down as well. There is no elevator. The kitchen was wonderful, the heat worked great, and the location was perfect! Overall good stay!
Fantastic Location, Comfy Place, Gracious Hostess...We'll be back!
First, Jen is a wonderful host. She met us there upon arrival. There were fresh flowers throughout the flat and everything we could have possibly needed. We didn't spend a lot of time in the flat. However other than the great location, the flat had great WiFi, the heat worked well, and the water pressure & temperature in the shower was incredible. The bed and couch were very comfortable. I'm not sure if there were washcloths available. Not used to seeing them in Europe, so we always bring them. There were bath and hand towels.
Close proximity to the London Bridge tube station, the Shard, and Tower Bridge/Tower of London. There was no need for a car. We felt safe during our entire stay.
