About the property

Puerto Marina complex is a secure gated community located in Los Alcazares, Murcia region of Spain. A short 10 minute drive from Murcia airport and 50 minutes from Alicante.

The complex is ideally situated with a 5 minute walk to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants which offer a variety of choices.

It is a flat,10 minute walk to the sandy beaches, promenade and shallow waters of the beautiful Mar Menor.

There are 3 well maintained swimming pools within a large terrace area, land scape gardens and each pool has a smaller separate section for the younger children.

The apartment sleeps a contracted maximum occupancy of six people and is a non smoking environment.

All linen and towels are provided and we supply a welcome pack for your convenience.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and again when you leave, if you are staying for a longer period additional cleaning can be arranged at additional cost.

The apartment does not overlook any of the 3 pools and is in a quieter position and has excellent access with a few steps to the pools via the terrace gate into the complex.

The apartment has full metered ducted air conditioning/heating, mosquito screens, window locks, ceiling fans and a safe.

A fully fitted kitchen consisting of kettle, toaster, hob, oven,dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board.

The dining area is equipped with a modern marble table and 6 dining chairs.

A modern leather suite is situated in the bright open plan lounge area with a large flat screen smart tv broadcasting a range of english channels, films etc. free internet is also included.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 three drawer bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, safe, hairdryer and a vanity unit.

There is a newly upgraded ensuite shower room with a temperature controlled valve within the shower cubical for your comfort and safety, wash basin and an eye level illuminated mirrored cabinet.

There are two other bedrooms both with 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, hair dryers and fitted wardrobes. Ceiling fans with a light and three speed remote control units are fitted to all 3 bedrooms.

The main shower room has also been upgraded to include a large walk in thermostatically controlled shower, illuminated mirrored cabinet, toilet and wash basin.

Leading on from the lounge there is a porch which has been enclosed with glass curtains forming an additional sun area with a coffee table

and 6 chairs.

The large south facing outside terrace is enclosed with a balustrade to provide privacy and security with a gate leading out to the complex and 3 large swimming pools. There is a retractable canopy providing shade when relaxing on the outside wicker furniture and there is a Spanish style B-B-Q and the large terrace is surrounded by shrubs making a great area for relaxing and enjoying with your family.

6 additional garden chairs are provided for use around the pools and can be taken to the beach.

Following the guests from hell, Linda and David could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The apartment was immaculate both inside and out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and I hope that whoever uses it will treat it and Linda and David with respect. Can’t wait to go again.
