This recently renovated apartment is fully equipped with all the ingredients for a memorable and relaxing holiday. Centre-piece to the spacious dining area and living area with sea views is a stylish glass fireplace underneath a revolving flat screen TV, offering a wide range of international channels. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher and washing machine. The 2 bedrooms with individual balconies, closets and 2 bathrooms are distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (or 1 kingsize) serviced by 2 other bathrooms, 1 with walk-in shower and 1 with shower-bath, including a bathtub.

The apartment balcony, featuring both a lounge and dining area, invites you to pause and enjoy the magnificent ocean views and breath-taking sunsets. At ground-level there is a large shared swimming pool and separate children’s pool framed by well-kept gardens with cliff views of the crystal-clear seawater below. Underground garage parking with room for 1 full size or 2 compact vehicles is also available for our guests.

The Lido area surrounding our Baia Cliff View apartment is well serviced by supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and more. And below our poolside gardens there is safe and easy access to swimming and lounging seaside at several swim clubs. Facilities here and at a few surrounding hotels are also at your disposal for a small fee.

Funchal’s charming downtown is only 30-minutes-walk eastward on a mosaic (calçada) sidewalk bordering the Estrada Monumental. Along the way you will pass neighbouring 5-star hotels, the casino, restaurants and boutique shops. The Farmer’s Market and La Vie Shopping Centre are downtown hubs of traditional and modern products for all tastes.

Stroll westward, up, down and along the cliff-side pedestrian walkway for more sea views from the Panoramic Garden (Jardim Panorâmico). A few cafes, restaurants and bars dot this pleasant walk that reaches the Forum Shopping Centre complete with cinema just 20 minutes down the path. Seaside from the Forum is the well-equipped Madeira Magic Gym. And just 10 minutes further walk leads to a short tunnel through the volcanic cliff-side delivering you to Formosa beach. The traditional fishing village of Camara de Lobos tempts walkers to a further hour of gorgeous seaside strolling where a fresh seafood lunch awaits in the bay dotted with colourful fishing vessels.
