Set in a luxury, beautiful and stunning development with large tropical gardens and direct access to the beach.

Luxury and exclusive front line beach apartment on ground floor. 2 bed apartment sleeps up to 4. Private garden of 50M2 and large terrace/porch (34m2) having outside dining furniture, sunbeds and overlook and direct access to the pool, to the gardens and the sea. Rustic floor throughout the apartment. The lounge has great and comfortable seating, wifi, TV HD 35". The kitchen is fitted with modern home appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave), towels and linens, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and marble worktop.

Both bedrooms have 2 bathrooms, one with bath (hydromassage bathtub) and shower and one with a shower unit. Bathrooms with underfloor heating. Master bedroom with direct access to the private garden and private terrace. Small office space.

Parking: Covered and closed parking place.

COMPLEX LA PERLA DE LA BAHÍA

Quiet development with private security (from 22.00 to 08.00) in a gated community, 2 pools (adult / children) with comfortable sun loungers and parasol. The urbanization is a luxury and high standard complex, a place to enjoy a high quality of life one of the best kept urbanisations in this area of the Costa del Sol. It has nice tropical gardens and direct access to the beach, as well the development has a short path adorned with tropical plants, small fountain and palm trees.

HOUSE RULES

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment with the exception of the terrace.

- Pets under request

- It is not allowed to use the chimney.

SOURROUNDINGS

- Visitors looking for quietness or more active ones will both be rewarded and they don’t need to give up fine cooking: less than100mts is the Finca Cortesin Beach Club and the Bahia Beach Restaurant.

- Just 5 minutes walking away you can also have fresh sea food at the beach restaurant “La Sal”.

- If you are looking for international cooking in an inviting atmosphere you can visit the nearby harbour “La Duquesa”. You can get easily to the cosy Promenade of the fishers´ town Sabinillas, where children can have a good time.

- Just 10 minutes away lays Estepona´s, so nice with a great offer for shopping, restaurants, Coffe shops, bars, amazing Marina, fishing activities, boat tours...

- Just 30 minutes away lays Marbella's splendorous harbour Puerto Banús with its unique shopping mile. Taking the other direction, you are just 10 minutes away from the luxury harbour of Sotogrande.

Directly in front of the apartment is the bus stop for the bus line that connects La Linea (Gibraltar) and Estepona.

Entertaiment options in general: Long walks along the beach, romantic sunrises and sunsets in front of the historic scenery of a Phoenician watchtower. Fishing at the rocks near the sea, cruises/ sight seeing of dolphins and whales at Estepona and the Strait of Gibraltar. Water sports at the harbour of Puerto Banús, Puerto Deportivo Estepona, Puerto La Duquesa, and the Puerto Sotogrande; playing golf on more than 50 courts, practice polo in Sotogrande or windsurf/kite surf in Tarifa.

Our holiday apartment is located an hour drive from Malaga airport and only 25 mins. from Gibraltar and Marbella.

It is the ideal base for excursions to Northern Africa (ferries from Algeciras and Tarifa), as well as to all major sights of Southern Spain, such as Seville, Granada and the Alhambra, Cordoba, Cadiz and the "Route of the White Villages“, being the most famous Casares itself, only 12 km into the mountains.

GOLF:

The Costa del Sol is also well-known as the 'Costa del Golf'. During the whole year golfers of all the world –from beginners to professionals - enjoy the sunny days on Europe’s most numerous selection of golf courses: more than 50 Greens! Right in front of the house is the new golf course “Doña Julia” (18-holes), and just a swing away the club 'La Duquesa Golf', right next to the sport harbor crossing the main street you reach “La Finca de Cortesín”, a 5 star golf and spa resort, where the famous Volvo Open were held in 2009, 2011 and 2012. Besides the high concentration of golf courses in Marbella and Estepona you can also visit Spain’s most famous golf course “Valderrama“ which is located 20 minutes away (by car) towards Gibraltar. Venue of the legendary Ryder- Cup in 1997.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

Polo, jet ski, whale and dolphin watching, free climbing, caving, sailing, snorkeling, diving, paragliding, fishing, horse riding, kite surfing, wind surfing.

Ski: Just 3 hours away are the Spain’s world-famous ski tracks of Sierra Nevada at Granada, venue of the Alpine World Championships in 1996.

* 30 min walk or 4 min drive to sports harbor "Puerto de la Duquesa" with many international restaurants

*5 min.to Los Baños de la Hedionda: Ferruginous sulphurous baths of Roman origin and Arabic remodeling.

*10 min. drive to Estepona with its tapas bars in the old part of town and its sports harbor (many restaurants, large selection of bars and night clubs).

*10 min. drive to famous sports harbor "Sotogrande" (classy Sunday morning flea market).

*20 min. drive to the White Village of Casares (must-see); cradle of the Andalusian identity founder Blas Infante and symbol of 'The White Villages of Andalusia”. We recommend the Restaurant "Venta La Victoria", half way up on the road.

*25 min. drive to Marbella, gorgeous old city, famous sport harbour of Puerto Banús (luxury shopping and high class restaurants and night life), Jet-Set of the 70´s.
