Completely renovated and refurbished chalet style house, luxury accommodation and stylish living spaces. Large gardens, balcony and extremely peaceful surroundings. Close to Holmfirth, the Peak District, and within easy reach of Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Bronte Country.

Unusual 1960's architect designed timber framed house with 4 double bedrooms, 2 en-suite, 25 foot kitchen/diner and large great room style lounge. 4 double rooms available to guests; two king sized with en-suite, 2 doubles with shared luxury bathroom with walk in drench shower and separate toilet.

Guests are welcome to use the large kitchen/diner and lounge with its log burner and stunning views up the garden. The utility room has washer, drier and iron available.

15 minutes from Holmfirth and Meltham, 20 minutes from Marsden and the north Peaks. Surrounded by stunning walking country Hebden Bridge, Bronte Country, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and The Hepworth Gallery are all within easy reach. Leeds, Wakefield and Manchester are all 20-30 minutes by train.

Guests are provided with bedding, towels, t-towels, toilet paper and basic toiletries in case you forgot. The kitchen has tea, coffee, sugar, milk, a small selection of cereals to get you started and the basics such as salt, pepper, olive oil and so on. Please note the house is not suitable for anyone who is highly allergic to dogs. Although it is extremely clean a dog does live in the house.

Cosy, relaxing - perfect for big groups!

Our stay at The Grey House was brilliant. As a group of 8 people there was plenty of space for us all, in both the kitchen, and the lounge to very comfortably socialise and relax. The outside space/ surroundings were beautiful, and the garden is lovely in the snow. The balcony would be great in the summer time and we would all definitely come back for BBQ season. The house felt like a home during our stay and we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, Sue helpfully provided us with generous amounts of essentials such as olive oil, toilet paper and of course, champagne!

Would recommend this place to any big group of people.
