Town house 2 bedrooms sleeps 4, 2 bathrooms close to pool, beach and town centre

The accommodation has recently been upgraded and is provided at ground and first floor levels. At the ground floor the front door leads into the main lounge/dining room area. The kitchen leads off to the left and fitted with, fridge and freezer, washing machine and electric cooker. There is a downstairs bathroom, the second floor comprises two bedrooms and main bathroom.

The master bedroom is to the front of the property and leads onto a balcony and the second room had patio doors with Juliet balcony. Each bedroom has two single beds. From the top floor a staircase leads to a sun terrace with beautiful mountain views. There is also ample space in the courtyard to sit in the sunshine.

About Nerja Spain: Nerja is one of the most famous places in the Andalucia region. It is located in the eastern Costa del Sol in the Province of Malaga.

What was once a historical white built fishing village is now the “pearl” of the Costa del Sol”. Nerja is known for its variety in 7 different sandy beaches along it coastline from small coves next to the town centre to 2km stretched beach called Playazo. You can enjoy the beauty of Burriana Beach & have a taste of the famous paella at beach front restaurant Ayo´s.

Important tourism in this town are the caves & also famous by the great July festival performances inside the caves. Next to the caves you will find the lovely white village of Maro, a must visit place & not to forget the beautiful Balcon of Europe with views over the Mediterranean Sea.

Nerja offers all the main facilities like markets, shops, banks, bars & restaurants.

Tourist Attraction Frigiliana 'Prettiest Village': Frigiliana is voted the 'prettiest village in Andalucía' by the Spanish tourism authority. The village is a tangle of narrow cobbled streets lined by whitewashed houses, their wrought-iron balconies filled with planters of brilliant red geraniums.

Small plazas provide shady seating while the village bars are popular with visitors who come here to taste the locally produced wine. There are also several excellent shops selling pottery and ceramics, including decorative plates with their distinctive Arab design.

Frigiliana is best explored by foot. There are several buses a day that run from Nerja or, alternatively, leave your car at the car park at the bottom of the hill. Although the village is deservedly on the coach tour circuit, thankfully it hasn't yet wrenched to the demands of mass tourism with innumerable souvenir shops and overpriced bars.

Lovely house in a very pretty setting.

Four mature adults staying for 10 days and the property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, we enjoyed the roof terrace and it's just a short walk to the pool. For self catering, there is a large well stocked supermarket very near and a smaller one just across the road and others around the town. We did not hire a car or venture very far but there is a bus stop quite near where you can catch the local bus or go further afield, but the walking distance into the centre of Nerja is only a 10-15 minute stroll, some slopes but is manageable if you are reasonably fit. I have just had a hip replacement 12 weeks ago and with one crutch, did not have a problem. Out of the complex to the bottom of the road and straight down a steep hill is the lovely Burriana Beach. There is Wi-Fi available and also in the bedrooms Air Conditioning, there is a charge for this. We asked Liz to arrange us an airport transfer and this was great.

Fantastic Villa

A perfect place to spend our holiday.

My wife and 12 year old son have had a great time in Nerja.

The Villa was all that we could have wished for. First impression was how clean the villa was on arrival - good start.

Plenty of space in the villa with good TV, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The roof terrace was fantastic, we seemed to spend most of our villa time either eating or just relaxing on the roof terrace.

Pool very good, only 2 minutes from the villa - we spent a lot of time at the pool and at the beach - only 10 minutes walk away (Quite a hill coming back though).

Good supermarkets within a very short distance and a great bakery for fresh bread and pastries (Breakfast) just 5 minutes away.

All in all a great villa, setting and area to holiday.

I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

Nerja Condo Experience

The condo was clean and well maintained. The location is convenient to just about everything from the bus terminal to the beach. Customer service was excellent from the owner and the property manager. I would recommend the propertY for short or long term rental. Suggestion: be sure that you fully understand the internet conditions. It is present, but you will pay a fee to activate and use it. Good service, but understand how it works.

Paradise in the sun

There is so much to do on the splendid and cinematic beaches of Nerja. Whatever you’re after they cater for all. We enjoyed chilled cocktails, long relaxed romantic walks, family fun in the many playgrounds spotted along the beaches and exciting volleyball matches all under the warm kisses of the sun. The restaurants and bars were fabulous. Nothing at home is quite as authentic as the traditional Spanish tapas and wine bars we enjoyed so much in Nerja.

Having young children, it was very important to me that we chose a house that was close to everything, that had all the modern facilities that would make life easier and make this holiday residence feel like a home. Not only does the house tick all of these boxes but it is also a beautiful traditional house oozing charm and character.

A home away from home

The beauty of the house when I first saw it literally took my breath away. The house is conveniently located within walking distance from the bustling old town of Nerja that came so highly recommended to us for its charm, traditional vibe, glorious beaches, fabulous restaurants and pubs. Nerja I can assure you did not disappoint! Stepping into the courtyard and closing the gate behind me I felt like we were in our own little private paradise walled by beautiful white houses each veiled with radiant sweet smelling flowers. This relaxed setting gave us the feeling that we were returning each time to a home away from home. The house itself is tastefully decorated throughout with a traditional Spanish feel to it. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything required for a relaxing family holiday or romantic break. My daughter really enjoyed splashing about in the swimming pool which is only seconds away. The roof terrace is also an added bonus. I would without doubt recommend this property for a fantastic holiday!! We are already planning our return trip.

Traditional Spanish house in a great location

This house was an excellent base for our holiday in Nerja. It is clean, well maintained and spacious. It has a lovely Spanish feel to it which you don't always get in other accommodations. Having the swimming pool close was a bonus with the children. Across the road are 2 shops and 2 supermarkets are within 5-10 mins walk. The beach is a 5 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walk with lovely views over the bay. Therefore this house is ideally situated and provided us with a fantastic holiday.

The accommodation is very well positioned and situated in a stunning complex with communal swimming pool, well maintained gardens, terraces and supermarket with one minute walk. Situated in the popular residential area of Nueva Nerja and only a few minutes walk to the popular Burriana Beach. The old town centre of Nerja is approximately a ten minute walk, providing a great selection of restaurants, bars and the famous Balcon De Europa.
