Suitable for families and couples only (no groups), this spacious modern apartment is ideally situated in the trendy La Bodega area, a short walk from the beach and old quarter and close to shops, restaurants and bars.
The underground parking space is accessible with a key fob remote and all floors, including parking levels can be accessed by the lift. The apartment building has been built to a high standard and is designed to make full use of natural light throughout. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and an open plan sitting/dining room on the lower floor leading to a small balcony.
If you fancy a break from the beach, on the upper floor is a large private 50m2 roof terrace, not overlooked, which is a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink, sunbathe, read, dine or just hang out. If it wasn't for the great places to visit in the surrounding area, it's very tempting to leave the car in the garage and spend all the time between the beach, the town and the apartment.
About Conil de la Frontera
With over 3,000 hours of sunshine, Conil de la Frontera is a great place to visit all year round. In addition, although tourism makes up a major part of its economy, Conil is still a working town, giving it a heart and soul, even in the winter months. The hottest months are in July and August and this is when the town is at its busiest, though the tourist calendar is generally packed with all sorts of fiestas and events in and around the town throughout the year. Above all, Conil de la Frontera is a perfect place to kick back and enjoy the good things in life. Spend the day swimming and sunbathing on the beach, have a leisurely lunch in a restaurant and then later, take an evening stroll down to Plaza Santa Catalina and enjoy a drink and tapas outside one of the many bars where you can watch the world go by well into the night. In the summer, choose from a sumptuous array of ice creams, kick off your shoes and take a 'paseo' along the beach.

Not only is Conil a great place to stay, with a wealth of things to see and do, it’s also ideally situated for visiting the Costa de la Luz and some of the beautiful towns and cities inland. There’s a huge variety of things to see, from the winding alleys and amazing views of Vejer de la Frontera, the camera obscura and dramatic sea battlements of Cadiz, the old fort and surf kites of Tarifa, the bodegas and Andalucian horses of Jerez de la Frontera, the flamenco and orange trees of Seville, the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudio on the beach near Bolonia, to the eagles, chameleons, lynxes, otters and host of other species to be found in the National Parks.
For some added excitement in the summer, head for the Aqualand Bahia Water Park in Puerto Santa Maria, or to the Jerez Motor Racing Ciruit for a track day or to watch a race or in the winter catch a football match in Cadiz. The possibilities are endless!

There are plenty of activities to get involved in, both within and around Conil de la Frontera. The gorgeous beaches, both open and in small coves with clean, clear blue water offer the opportunity to take part in numerous water sports including swimming, windsurfing, surfing, body-boarding, kite surfing, diving, deep sea fishing, snorkelling, canoeing and sailing. Inland, there are many quality golf courses and all sorts of opportunities for walking, bird watching, horse riding, tennis, mountain biking and a good deal more.
Conil also has some great shopping with some beautiful up market boutiques, many of them a stone's throw from the apartment. There are some great restaurants and bars in Conil. Whether you want a long lazy lunch in one of the restaurants by the sea, a great selection of fresh sea food and tapas from bars such as the renowned Los Hermanos, or a sophisticated evening dinner, there's something to suit most tastes and budgets.
