My stylish 2 bedroomed apartment is the perfect base when visiting London.The apartment is conveniently located in the area of Surrey Quays, which provides great transport links to the rest of the city. The area provides somewhat of an escape from the hustle and bustle of the capital.

The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable super king sized bed and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. The other bedroom has two twin beds which can be pushed together and fitted with double sheets if needed. Freshen up in the apartment's two lovely bathrooms - enjoy a soak in the large tub and wake up in the mornings with the fantastic showers. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided!

If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There is a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine as well as a blender for all you smoothie and soup makers out there. There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones.

Our property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

Fairly new apartment with good space

My family of mum dad and 2 teen sons have just stayed in this apartment for 10nites during our month long trip to England. Checkin was easy and Elodie was friendly and helpful. She quickly went thru the apartment and checked things worked as expected. Milk tea coffee and Xmas mince pies were left which was nice and there was plenty of shower gel shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper provided. A suggestion: it would be handy to also have some washing powder and dishwasher tablets. I ended up buying 60 tablets for the dishwasher and probably used 15. This apartment has only a small dishwasher so if you are eating more than 1 meal a day there you will need to run it twice. Soap powder would have been handy as I needed to do some washing when I arrived after staying in hotels for 3nites. The living space is good and both beds are king sized (6ft wide) and very comfortable although I suggest the owner provides mattress protectors as it's just a bit eeew! One blind in the 2nd bedroom doesn't stay down but we used some Kiwi ingenuity and sorted it for our stay.Both bathrooms are good with nice showers. Neither of the towel rails heated and the extractor fans didn't seem to be working and of course there are no windows to open as these are internal bathrooms. We ran out of water early one day; still not sure why but we went out till quite late and it was back on when we returned at 9pm. Maybe the agent could have a contact number for the building manager for these situations rather than asking the overseas homeowner who then needs to ask the building manager... The underfloor heating worked very well and was easy to adjust. It has good entertainment options if you're not always out and about with a good choice of free to view channels and 3 BT sport channels which kept the males relatively happy! It has 2 USB connections in the living area which was super handy and very fast for charging technology. The area of Surrey Quays where the apartment is located is very quiet and we heard very little outside noise and none inside the building. It's about a 10min walk to the London Overground station which is handy for connecting to national rail services at Clapham Junction. Alternatively from Surrey Quays station it's one stop to the Jubilee line at Canada Water. The 199 bus is only a few minutes walk. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away or a full Tesco at the shopping centre opposite the station. Pear Tree restaurant opposite is recommended
