A 4 bedroom Villa with stunning views of the countryside and the Atlantic Ocean. 5 minutes drive from Costa da Caparica beach and 15 minutes from capital city Lisbon. Vila Amaro is situated in a rural setting in a quiet, secure and friendly environment. The Villa is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a perfect holiday. At the entrance of the villa there is a furnished patio with a gas powered BBQ.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare your own meals adjacent to the dining/ sitting room open concept fit for 8 people. There are also a two bathroom full equipped and two bedrooms with kingsize bed.
The dinning space has plenty of space to sit with views to private swimming pool.
On the 1st floor there are a living space with a beautiful balcony. Living room has air conditioning multi split type. Cable TV with more than 200 international channels and fast WIFI connectivity. A/C on the 1st floor.
There are four bedrooms, three with a double bedroom and another with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in mirrored wardrobes.
There is a complete bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms on ground floor with bath and shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin.
Another bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen on the ground floor and a third bathroom is on the first floor.
Pool towels are provided and stored in wicker basket next to ground floor bathroom.
All towels are provided.We would like to remind guests that this is a non smoking villa and we do not allow smoking inside the villa.

Family holiday get together

17 years of holidays with 6 growing children Vila Amaro (next door) has become our "home" in Portugal and this year to provide each with their own room we also rented Vila Sol. As it is next door Vila Sol's exterior is well known to us but inside it is a revelation, fantastic accomodation with amazing views and a hotel style pool area

Vila Amaro

Thank you Ian and Teresa. Beautiful villa. Very spacious. Lovely pool which our kids loved. Good base for exploring surrounding area. We used Uber, 30 mins to airport, under 10 mins to beach. Local supermarket a 15 min walk. Lovely hosts on hand to help or answer questions. Would definitely stay again.

Frist class child friendly accommodation

We stayed at the villa for 10 blissful days!!! From day 1 we had everything we needed (the host Ian had gotten us a welcome pack with breakfast essentials). We arrived very late (after midnight) due to delays and Ian kindly waited for us at the villa. We had the best holiday, the villa was equipped with everything we needed: pool & bath towels, kitchen utensils, sandwich maker, toaster, juicer, drying rack, bin bags, washing up & dish washer tabs literally everything you could need. The rooms were amazing (beautifully decorated, clean, spacious with lots of light). My son pointed out that he had a bigger room at the villa than at home :-). I loved the nice firm mattress & the huge dinning table & the patio furniture on the ground 1st floor which allows us to eat inside or outside. The pool was just the right size for the kids & was very private which was awesome. Ian was an excellent host & we did not have many occasions to contact him but, when we did he came over right away to help us find the TV remote :-). Thank you Ian, we had a memorable time.

Our return to Vila Amaro

This villa has been designed with care and built with quality materials. Even at 30C+ the spaces and bedrooms were cool without the need for the available air conditioning. Regular visits by the gardener kept the outside tidy and the pool clean. Plenty of space inside and out with choices of seating areas including a sea facing balcony, perfect for an early evening get together with great views.

This property is just a 15 minute drive from Lisbon and a 5 minute drive to the Beach. However it is set on quiet rural location away from all the hustle of a big city. Perfect place to visit Lisbon.
