En Urbanización privada de alto standing y a 150 metros de la mejor playa de costa Teguise "Las Cucharas". Apartamento completamente renovado en septiembre de 2.017. A 10 metros de las 2 piscinas del complejo (una de ellas de 25 mts de longitud). Nos gusta dar una calurosa bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes que contarán de ropa de cama, toallas etc... en continua renovación. Dispone de todas las comodidades en perfecto estado como electrodomésticos, TV y 2 baños amplios y agradables.
Costa Teguise es el pueblo vacacional que se encuentra orientado hacia el norte de la isla en dirección de las principales atracciones turísticas como Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes, Fundación Cesar Manrique, Mirador del Rio, Haría, Teguise, etc... Supermercado muy completo en la puerta del Complejo y farmacia, más de 10 restaurantes y bares, rent a car, y todos los servicios en un radio de 300 mts. Por su contrucción, tiene una entrada de luz máxima desde todos los lados. Dispone de una agradable terraza-jardín hacia el centro de la urbanización privada así como un patio trasero.

Centrally Located apartment

Stayed here for on week with 4 adults and one 2 year old child 30 Apr to 7 May .Well equipped and nicely decorated apartment . Pool looked amazing but unfortunately due to weather was unable to get a few lengths in... Apartment is located in an excellent area and has a supermarket outside the main entrance . All bars and resuturants are located on your doorstep,and excellent play park for kids about 2 minutes across the road. Despite its central location very quiet and no noise at night. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to friends and family

Well equipped, clean and close to everything

We spent 18 nights in the apartment over Easter. The apartment was clean on arrival and easily accommodated 5 people (we are 2 adults and 3 children). Close to the pool and an easy 4 minute walk to a wonderful beach. Over 100 restaurants within a 10 minute walk the closest being right across the street. There is also a well equipped supermarket at the apartment complex entrance which is so convenient. The pool area and apartment complex is very quiet, secure and private. Antonio and his wife were very helpful and answered any questions promptly. Would highly recommend the apartment for a perfect stay in Costa Teguise.

Lovely spacious property.

Have just spent three weeks in this very nice property situated in a central location close to everything. The property had a spacious lounge/diner and kitchen area that was equipped with everything you could need. There was a ground floor cloakroom and an outside lobby area that housed the very useful washing machine. Upstairs was a good size double bedroom that overlooked the pool. There was a twin bedroom which unfortunately had a very squeaky bed. There was a bathroom with a bath and shower over it. There was always plenty of hot water. At the rear of the property was a small garden area which could do with attention as it was just volcanic stones underfoot. To the front was a patio area with table and chairs and a lovely view of the fabulous pool which was freezing cold. The complex is extremely quiet and I would recommend it for a very re!axing holiday. If we had any problems Antonio was a few door away. A very nice host.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location.

We stayed during October half term, apartment was very quiet and the majority of the time we had the pool to ourselves.

It was well equipped, the owner Antonio lives just a few doors away and helped us with any issues.

The apartment is a perfect size for 4 people.

Costa Teguise beach is just a 5 minute walk with lots of lovely restaurants very close.

There is a well stocked supermarket on the door stop, my dad and son enjoyed their morning coffee in the supermarket cafe.

The apartment block felt very secure.

Good value, plenty of space for 4 people

Antonio was a great host. Apartment complex is beautiful and very close to the beach. Supermarket is directly beside the complex. Great value for the apartment and would definitely stay again.
