A CENTRALLY LOCATED TWO ROOM (ONE BEDROOM) APARTMENT IDEAL FOR A COUPLE OR A COUPLE WITH A KID (SOFA BED AVAILABLE). IT IS AT THE CENTER OF KOS TOWN AND THE BEACH (150m), HISTORICAL SIGHTS, AND THE MARKET. OWNER IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY HELP 24 HOURS A DAY. THERE IS NO CLEANING THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY, HOWEVER LINEN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. THE BUILDING IS SAFE AND LOCKED AT NIGHT (YOU HAVE YOUR OWN KEY) ALTHOUGH THE AREA IS EXTREMELY SAFE. YOU CAN MAKE BREAKFAST ON PREMISES AND LIGHT SNACKS. The apartment is ideally located in the town of Kos. The apartment is very modern as it is recently renovated. I would probably recommend the apartment to couples of all ages and perhaps groups of friends from 2-3 people. The main advantage of this property is that it is modern and ideally located in the sense that it is at the center of the town of Kos (all the night-life, shops, etc) and near most of the prominent cultural sites of the island such as the 'Asklepion', the Ancient Gymnasium and the Agora (market). Also the center is where to find transport to any part of the island if you wish to visit different beaches, places etc. Lastly the apartment is located near the port of Kos and the Kos harbor which is considered the tourist and cultural center and from where you can make by boat daily excursions to nearby islands and Turkey. The apartment has most of the things you will need including internet access, towels, kitchen utilities, plates, air-conditioning, radio etc.

The street has cafes and trees that uplift your mood especially when they are bloomed. You can have breakfast at the street cafe Phillipe across the street with croissants, coffee or tea of milk, juice and fruits for €7 per person. There is a department store and coiffure parlor as well. Peaceful street at night, with the vibrant nightlife at a distance of 80m.
