We are pleased to offer this well presented 2-bedroom luxury apartment located on the cobbled streets of Welsh Back adjacent to the river, nestled amongst cool bars and independent restaurants. This spacious apartment boasts all the luxury of a boutique hotel but with the added space and freedom of an executive apartment.

The apartment consists of a modern bespoke kitchen and a large dining and living room. Relax in the lounge complete with a Smart Widescreen Television with over 42 free view channels.

Enjoy the freedom of fully fitted kitchen with washer dryer, oven/hob, built in microwave and fridge freezer and complete with all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Have the choice of a night in after long day at work or sightseeing.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms both have king sized beds with big heads boards (one with en-suite) both dressed with luxurious Egyptian high thread count linen. Wooden flooring is throughout the property so we have added big rugs and pillows to give the apartment a warm feel. Just in case that doesn’t do it for you, underfloor heating is throughout the property.

The luxurious bathrooms are tiled throughout and both have heated chrome towel rails. Only the best towels are provided for your stay with a high thread count and fluffy feel.

The location

The apartment is situated in central Bristol. You will find yourself less than a 5-minute walk to Bristol Hippodrome and The Colston Hall. The apartment is surrounded by trendy bars and independent restaurants, so whether you are looking for a night out or a chilled evening, there is plenty of options to choose from. The SS Great Britain is less than a 1 mile walk away, so if you are hoping to do some sightseeing, you are ideally located.

Interaction with guests

We endeavour to meet all our guests and give them a tour of the apartment. If your time of arrival is late in to the evening, a plan will be arranged with guests before their arrival.
