Please ensure you contact Morland House Apartments regarding parking (as spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis). Charges incur for parking at £5 per car per night.
Please report opposite to Morland House (Queens Court) to check-in/out and receive your keys to access your apartment.
Check-in times are between 2pm-5:30pm.
Check-out times are between 9am-11:00am
Morland House reception is open between 9:00am-21:00pm. Failure arrive within these times will result to the reception closing and you being unable to check-in, resulting to you missing your first night of stay.
Any check-ins or check-outs outside of the stated times need to be arranged prior to your stay and charges will apply. Charges of £15 per hour will be charged.
Weekend and bank holiday check-in times are between 14:00pm- 17:30pm. Please note that weekend and bank holiday check-in times are not flexible. Failure to arrive within the given check-in times, will result to you missing your first night of stay which is non-refundable.
Please note that on check-in you will be required to pay a refundable deposit of £375. The total can be split across your group. After your apartment has been fully inspected following check-out and no damages are to be found, then you will be fully refunded the deposit amount. If damages are to be found, then they will be deducted from the deposit and you will then be refunded the rest of the deposit.
Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your payment card prior to arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
