Fully refurbished in June 2007, the house is accessed through a quiet square in the old center of Ibiza, and faces the famous Calle de la Virgen, heart of the town night-life. Located by the port, perfectly communicated via ferry with Formentera. Ground floor: Fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven/stove, fridge, washing machine and counter with 3 stools. Modern bathroom with shower. Spacious living and dining room, table with 6 chairs, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, loudspeaker dock for iPod, big sofa and a balcony with a view to the port. Air-conditioning.1st floor: One bedroom with king-size bed and balcony with views to the square, Dalt Vila (World Heritage Site) and the Cathedral. Air-conditioning. Another bedroom with 3/4 beds. Great house and super location to experience old IBIZA

Our family (2 daughters 20 & 22) of four stayed here for a week in June and had an absolutely wonderful time. We had good communication to meet at a designated spot and taken to the house and given a tour along with answering our questions about the house. We were attending a wedding on the island and used the house as our base and then vacation after the wedding weekend.

The location is perfect as it is just off the main harbor dining/partying area - back of house facing harbor looks down on a small street (rainbow/pride theme) with a couple of small restaurants that open in the evening - while there is a little bit of noise it was not bothersome for us at all. Once the balcony doors were closed you could barely here it. The front door is in a small square/plaza with other homes which is accessible by walking only as this part of Ibiza does not allow cars into it (roadway is only about 50 meters away). There is a bit of a hill to climb to get into the square but all with stone pavers and steps. House is 3 story's including the roof - tall and narrow (maybe 6-7 mtrs wide) First floor - Kitchen was fairly well equipped for our needs but we only ate breakfast and some lunches there(only things missing would be some basic spices/sugar, etc.) - a washroom with shower was on this floor too while a bit narrow very functional). Nice dining/living room area that was fine to eat and lounge in. 2nd floor - up the spiral staircase found 2 bedrooms (decent size queen bed in one and 3 singles in the other - both were very comfy and each had a balcony (single bed room overlooks the harbor). Another bath is also located on this floor with a bit wider shower. 3rd floor is the rooftop which was an amazing place to relax either with a coffee in the morning or some drinks in the evening - fantastic harbor and city views and great to catch some rays.

Overall the house is very nice and can see that Carme is a designer as the house is very well appointed from an interior design perspective. Starting to show a bit of wear but still very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and if we ever are back in Ibiza we'll certainly look this place up again!!

Far exceeded our expectations

We had the most wonderful stay at White Sands. The apartment is authentic, beautifully decorated and we couldn't have wanted for a better location. It has everything you could possibly need, well equipped, stunning views, amazing sunsets from the terrace and loads of fabulous cafes and eating places nearby. The owner was great and communication was great prior to our arrival and on our departure. We will definitely be back and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

We had a perfect week at White Sands. A great value stay in very convenient location with all you need and more. Arrival and departure ran very smoothly. The terrace is very therapeutic with fantastic views and good for drying washing!

The best view on the Island!

If you are looking for a place to stay where your in the heart of everything, then this is the place to stay. There were five of us staying in this house and we loved it! Everything is literally on your doorstep here... There was a restaurant set up outside the front door every evening and this only added to the charm of this place. Clean and everything that you need the house is full of character and the view from the roof terrace is simply amazing and has to be seen to be believed! Lisette and her husband are truly lovely and made sure we had what we needed. Lovely interior and deco...a pleasant surprise to see that you get exactly what's on the photos! The two showers and toilets were a bonus when travelling in a group. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the house, location or the hosts...everything went smoothly and I would defiantly book this house again. Ps forgot to mention that the harbour is a stones throw away, take a boat taxi to the other hotspots it's great!

We found the perfect accomodation in Ibiza town.

The location is the best, everything is very close (market, shops, restaurants, port).

The interior and exterior design of the apartment is wonderful!

The owner and her family is very very helpful, friendly and nice!

I'm sure we will go back there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay. It was like home from home with Wi-Fi and a well-stocked kitchen, set in an ideal location near the shops and tapas restaurants. The winning feature has to be the amazing roof terrace, the pictures don’t do it justice but this is where we spent most of our days relaxing and soaking up the panoramic view. Would definitely recommend White Sands as the perfect base to explore Ibiza. We’ll be back!

The house is located in La Marina, quarter with the best and most original fashion and accessory shops. Every night it is the venue of a colorful Hippy market with lots of stalls. Boats and ferries leave daily from the port to the beaches of Talamanca, Figueretas, Platja de´n Bossa and Formentera island. A must for celebrities because of the night-clubs, bars and restaurants that are the right appetizer before discotheques. You can walk to the historic centre of Dalt Vila, World Heritage Site. This is the place to be if you want to know what Ibiza style is.
