Flint Beach House is a fabulous property just metres from Seaford beach which provides great family accommodation in the South Downs.
The property has spacious, light and modern living areas with a comfortable lounge with a sofa and armchairs with patio doors that lead to the enclosed terrace. There is Freeview television and Wifi available in the cottage.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob and washer/ dryer for all of your holiday needs. The dining table is in the living area and seats four comfortably.
A ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin is also available.
The double bedroom, with a juliet balcony, on the first floor has a king size bed and wonderful views over to Seaford Head and the sea beyond. There is also an en-suite bathroom to this bedroom with a waterfall shower, wc and basin. The second bedroom is a twin room and also has a juliet balcony. The family bathroom is spacious and bright with a full bath and overhead shower attachment.
The enclosed patio is provided has outside furniture and a BBQ as well as great views to the coast. There is off street parking for one car provided.
A charge of £25.00 per stay or per week, whichever is shorter, will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and registered assistance dogs excepted). Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog with you. This property will accept a maximum of one dog.
Seaford and beyond
Flint Beach House is located just metres from Seaford Head which offers fabulous cliff top walks towards Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters. You can also easily reach Beachy Head at Eastbourne or go rock pooling at Birling Gap from here all.
For golf lovers the links course at Seaford Head, which you can see from the main bedroom in Flint Beach House, is both challenging and stunning in its setting.
For families, Award winning Drusillas Park is a fifteen minute drive from Flint Beach House and is a great day out that includes a small zoo where you can come face to face with hundreds of exotic animals from monkeys and meerkats to penguins and pandas.
Other attractions close by for your enjoyment include the National Trust Alfriston Clergy House, Glyndebourne, with internationally renowned concerts and plays performed throughout the year, and Firle Place which is an outstanding privately owned country house in Sussex that dates from the time of Henry VIII.
