Free WiFi. The master bedroom has a double bed with mountain views, fitted cupboards with a safe, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a bath shower, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a garden view. The third bedroom has bunk beds, air conditioning, and a garden view. The lounge area has a large three seat sofa, arm chair, television, a DVD player, and air conditioning. The dining area has a large wooden table with two bench seats. The balcony has fabulous views of the mountains, with table and chairs. The television receives many UK channels including BBC1, ITV and Channel 4. Bathroom two has a shower, basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, an electric hob with extractor, a dishwasher, double sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer, table, four chairs, and air conditioning. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. There is also a utility area with washing machine, sink, hoover, and a tumble dryer.

we found the apartment just as described excellent equipment and comfortable furniture we would definitely recommend to friends and family.We have been going to Puerto for 25 years and this has been a very good experience.The only complaint I have is the appt.wasw not free until 17 00 and we were asked to clean the appt.and do the washing which was totally impossible at 4am

Perfect family holiday!

Puerto Pollenca is the perfect family destination. Set against beautiful mountainous scenery, the apartment is a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, a good supermarket, cash points and a great playground and football pitch, which my two boys played in every day.

The apartment is very clean and simply furnished and had everything you would need for a holiday by the beach. Linen and beach towels were all included as well as a blow-up dinghy, fishing rods and spare snorkels.

We arrived by coach transfer from the airport to the apartment and used local buses to see the sights of the island. All were air conditioned and great value.

I would highly recommend this property as it has everything you need and more for a family holiday, located in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain.

Fantastic!

Well equipped, spacious and clean apartment. We enjoyed a fabulous week, everything we needed was there. Good location, very near to beach and restaurants. No need for a car, bus and taxi terminal also very close by. Air conditioning was great, if not a little noisy. Lots of beach equipment to use, (we left a few things too!). Will definitely be returning.

Our family of four stayed in this apartment in July/August and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment is just as advertised, very spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. There a plenty of towels, beach towels, linen etc and the beds are very comfortable.

With temperatures in the high 30s throughout our stay, the air-conditioning in every room was much needed and appreciated. The kitchen is modern and has everything you could possibly need. We have nothing negative to say about this apartment and would highly recommend it to all.

Excellent apartment in great location.

We had a great holiday in this apartment - plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything (and more) that we could have needed. Beds were very comfy, plenty of clean linen and towels, well equipped kitchen and really handy to have washer and dryer, as well as plenty of beach toys and equipment. Was also reassuring to have a safe and air con in every room was useful. Balcony was excellent, with view of the mountains and sun until very late. Location was ideal, just set back from the main square - everywhere within reach (beach is 3 minutes away) but still quiet. Matt (owner) was really friendly and helpful, quick to respond to texts or emails. Price was extremely competitive, and if anything the pictures don't do it justice (there is plenty of space and the kitchen is bright, new and clean). We'd happily recommend this apartment to anyone and would certainly return.

The apartment has fantastic views of the mountains, and is located 3 minutes walk from the beach. The Pine Walk is nearby, and there are numerous bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very close to the town square, a short walk to the marina, and near the municipal swimming pool. The fabulous food market in the town of Pollenca is a short drive away, as are the Roman Ruins and fashionable clothes shops of Alcudia. The capital Palma, and the airport are a 45 minute drive. Close to the famous Hotel Illa D'Or, the apartment is within walking distance of many beautiful beaches. It has lift access, air conditioning, and designated garage parking.

Golf: Golf Pollenca offers a nine hole course, perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana Mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia and s'Albufereta Reserve. There’s are many additional activities and amenities at Golf Club Pollenca, including a driving range with putting green and pitching area, a golf school with professional classes, club rental, trolleys, and car rental, a golf shop and a superb bar and restaurant.
