Ein schöner garten

Leider war das feucht und sehr kalt. Ich hatte für märz extra ein Haus mit Heizung gebucht, aber die Eigentümer haben die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet. Ansonsten war es staubig und die Möbel könnten schöner sein.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Blick

Wir - vier Erwachsene - habe zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Pollenca verbracht. Das Haus entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten - schöner kleiner sauberer Pool - ist sehr gepflegt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Bucht von Pollenca und Alcudia. Catalina die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und hat sich um alles sehr freundlich gekümmert. Die Kommunikation in Englisch lief sehr gut. Unbedingt die Marmeladen von Catalina probieren. In Pollenca kann man sehr gut essen, wir haben uns am Tripadvisor orientiert, das hat gut gepasst. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Stadthaus in Pollenca

Die Angaben und Bilder zu diesem zentral gelegenen Stadthaus waren treffend. Die Vermieterin, Frau Catalina, wohnt direkt nebenan und war zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Die Verständigung war auf Englisch und klappte hervorragend, selbst bei meinem Schulenglisch. Wir (2 Pärchen zwischen 60 und 70) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Nur das Wetter hat in dieser Zeit nicht ganz mitgespielt. Essen kann man ganz hervorragend im Trencadora (im Haus der Peter Maffay Stiftung). Das Thunfischsteak ist grandios, am besten rare. Den Sundowner haben wir jeden Abend auf der Plaza Major in der Bar "Can Moixet" getrunken. Draußen, mit dem Rücken zur Wand, und das Geschehen vor uns, das ist Urlaub pur.
