An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and beautiful San Miguel Marina, with sea views front and rear. A recently renovated apartment fully equipped with all the home from home necessities to make your stay pleasant, such as oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine toaster and kettle. Sea view terraces on front and rear gives the opportunity for breakfast in the morning sun on the rear terrace and afternoon sunbathing and evening dinner on the front terrace. This apartment gets the sun all day long! With two single beds in the bedroom and a double pull out settee bed in the lounge, this apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio. There is a sun lounger, table and chairs on the patios for your relaxation.

The pool area is an ideal place for a cool swim and afternoon relax in the heat of the day.

Quiet retreat!

Stayed for 8 weeks and felt very much at home in this comfy apartment. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies which gave lovely views over the golf course, harbour and Teide. Quiet and away from the main tourist spots which suited us. The surrounding area has lots of restaurants and buses for getting about and walks around the coast line. Looking forward to our return stay next year.

Well located holiday apartment

The apartment is located just about 100 meter from the sea. You can have see views from both of the balconies of the apartment and enjoying to view sun rise as well.

Schöner Urlaub in Amarilla Golf Anlage

Waren im Dezember im Apartment mit hervorragend Ausblick auf das Meer und Golplatz mit super Sonnenaufgang. Wetter bis auf 2 Tage mit Sturm aber immer Sonnig. Temperatur zw. 19 Grad am Abend u. 28 Grad am Nachmittag. Schlüsselempfang durch Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen-nicht störend. Es gibt zwei Terassen, eine zum Golfplatz- bei Wind weniger zu benützen. Terrasse nach Westen ist Windgeschützer und hervorragend zum Sonnenliegen. Sehr ruhige Anlage, hervorragend zum entspannen. Wohnung allgemein sauber mit kleinen Schwachpunkten. Wir haben nur Frühstück gekocht, daher waren wir zu Frieden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, Handtücher könnten aber einmal gewechselt werden-gepflegte Anlage, Pool in sehr schön u. von 11:00 bis 15:30 während unserer Anwesenheit Sonne. Auto ist aber unbedingt notwendig zum einkaufen. Lokale für Abendessen nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für das überlassen der Wohnung. Lg.

Well presented accomodation very quiet great location

Located in a quiet residential area overlooking a gold course and marina. 10 mins from airport with plenty of parking. Restaurants and supermarket a short walk away with a larger supermarket 5 minutes by car. Small issue with safe sorted out by owner via neighbour in next to no time. Plenty of items in apartment as well as great views from balcony. Pool 2 mins away very quiet and relaxing. Overall a great location and apartment and I will be looking forward to returning.

Clean and tidy with fabulous views in a great quiet position.

Stayed herevmany times. Its the location that does it. Looking out over the golf course and marina. The ability to catch morning and afternoon sun on one patio and evening sun on the bedroom patio is a real bonus. Quiet with a 10 minute walk to restaurants that we enjoy. Property has everything you need. Thanks Nigel.

Fantastic Apartment with lovely views

Stayed here for a month in August, the apartment is spotless and much bigger than expected with two large terraces and lovely views, a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and umberellas. Chris who lives next door is very helpful and when we had a problem with the boiler he got in touch with the owner and it was replaced the next day, he even helped push the car when we had a flat battery!

There are a number of good value restaurants within 15 min walk with 3 course meals from about £8 and large beers £1. There is also a supermarket 5 mins walk and if you cut through the Winter Gardens Hotel you can catch a bus to Los Cristianos/Playa de las Americas or the Airport. A car is not necessary but there are a number of lovely fishing villages within a short drive. It was exceptionally hot this August and we would have given 5* but for there being no Air Conditioning and we found it difficult to sleep. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in and can fully recommend it. Thank you Nigel

An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and with stunning sea views from front and rear terraces. Close up views of the beautiful San Miguel Marina and a great view of Mount Teide. The apartment is a short walk to the Golf club with its 18 hole course, pitch and putt and driving range. The club also has a swimming pool complex with restaurant and bar.

Water sports, boat trips and submarine safari's are available from the Marina and golf, horse riding, tennis and bowls are a short walk away. There is a coastal walk starting at the marina passing the local beaches. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by.A local bus will take you the short ride into Las Americas and Los Christianos.

The apartment is on a quiet tranquil part of the island and has a pool in the complex and use of two more. The airport is only 10 minutes drive so you on on holiday the minute you land.

Golf: Amarilla Golf is on the doorstep of the apartment. An 18 hole championship course with driving range, 9 hole pitch and putt and a clubhouse with restaurant, bar, snacks and swimming pool. There is horse riding, shops and the marina close by for the non-golfers, as well as the clubhouse with its bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Amarilla Golf and the neighbouring Golf del Sur are within easy walking distance of the apartment.

A round of golf currently costs €30 and a buggy costs €50 if required.
