An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and beautiful San Miguel Marina, with sea views front and rear. A recently renovated apartment fully equipped with all the home from home necessities to make your stay pleasant, such as oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine toaster and kettle. Sea view terraces on front and rear gives the opportunity for breakfast in the morning sun on the rear terrace and afternoon sunbathing and evening dinner on the front terrace. This apartment gets the sun all day long! With two single beds in the bedroom and a double pull out settee bed in the lounge, this apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio. There is a sun lounger, table and chairs on the patios for your relaxation.
The pool area is an ideal place for a cool swim and afternoon relax in the heat of the day.
Spacious apartment and two lovely sized balconies to the front and rear of the property. I was able to sunbathe (loungers provided) over looking the golf course and Marina throughout the morning/ dinner and then swap for a few hours more sun on the other side.
It came equipped with everything you need for your stay such as cutlery, pans, kettle, hair dryer ect. An supermarket 5 to 10mins walk away and a few resturants next to it. These reasturants and supermarket are found next to the Fairway building. Easy to see as it's painted in big letters on the side of the building on the main road.
There was also a few reasturants if you cut across the golf course and past the marina. Reasonably priced too and over looking that seaview.
In my opinion this is more for a relaxed stay or golf players paradise as it has at least 3 courses within close proximity. The main parts such as Los christianos and Las Americas are 25 mins away on the bus or in taxi. It cost us approx 16 euro each way in a taxi. We also got the bus for 3,50 euro each but not the most reliable.

We have just spent a great 4 weeks at Nigel's apartment, we had breakfast on the rear terrace overlooking the golf cours and marina, after lunch you can enjoy the sun on the front terrace with a glass of wine watching the sun go down, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk, A Great 4 Weeks.
This was our second time at this apartment,we enjoy the view, watching the golfers,choice of two balconies, and very peaceful, nice place to stay.
A great stay - thank you Nigel. The apartment was immaculate - looked to be newly painted. The double balconies a real bonus. We have stayed in other apartments on this complex before - the views over the golf course and marina are wonderful. Great local restaurants and handy walks to San Blas and Los Abrigos. There are local supermarkets but I would recommend a car. Thanks Nigel, and Chris and Linda next door for your help.
Fifth visit to Tenerife, third time in this area, which is our preferred location. Thank you, Nigel, for letting us stay in your apartment. We shall return next winter, if you will have us.

The apartment is very well situated with stunning views over the golf course and marina on one side and its description on the website is very accurate. There are 2 balconies so you can follow the sun as necessary. It is reasonably maintained and equipped and the manager lives next door so any potential problems can be easily solved (not that we had any!!). There is a small supermarket within walking distance as well as restaurants and bars but it is quiet in the apartment (apart from the occasional aircraft noise overhead). Nigel, the owner, was very helpful when we booked up. We enjoyed several meals out - can highly recommend the bar/bistro at the far end of the marina and the restaurant at the Clansani Golf and Country Club which incorporates the clubhouse of Amarilla Golf Club just up the road - all within walking distance although we did use a car!! Apartment is recommended for a stay for 2 people - it might be a bit cramped for 4!
An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and with stunning sea views from front and rear terraces. Close up views of the beautiful San Miguel Marina and a great view of Mount Teide. The apartment is a short walk to the Golf club with its 18 hole course, pitch and putt and driving range. The club also has a swimming pool complex with restaurant and bar.
Water sports, boat trips and submarine safari's are available from the Marina and golf, horse riding, tennis and bowls are a short walk away. There is a coastal walk starting at the marina passing the local beaches. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by.A local bus will take you the short ride into Las Americas and Los Christianos.
The apartment is on a quiet tranquil part of the island and has a pool in the complex and use of two more. The airport is only 10 minutes drive so you on on holiday the minute you land.
Golf: Amarilla Golf is on the doorstep of the apartment. An 18 hole championship course with driving range, 9 hole pitch and putt and a clubhouse with restaurant, bar, snacks and swimming pool. There is horse riding, shops and the marina close by for the non-golfers, as well as the clubhouse with its bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
Amarilla Golf and the neighbouring Golf del Sur are within easy walking distance of the apartment.
A round of golf currently costs €30 and a buggy costs €50 if required.

An additional 2 people maximum can stay at £100 per person per week for Adults and £70 for age 14 and under.
Extra nights exceeding one week will be charged at £17 per person per night.(children under 14 will be charged at £10 per child, per night.
There is a washing machine, however a linen service can be provided at £15 extra.
A security deposit of £100/€150 for a one week stay will be held until after departure. Longer stay will endure a higher refundable deposit.
Keys are with the housekeeper and will be in the key safe upon arrival.

Full payment due six weeks before arrival on weekly bookings and 60 days on bookings of one month and over.
