An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and beautiful San Miguel Marina, with sea views front and rear. A recently renovated apartment fully equipped with all the home from home necessities to make your stay pleasant, such as oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine toaster and kettle. Sea view terraces on front and rear gives the opportunity for breakfast in the morning sun on the rear terrace and afternoon sunbathing and evening dinner on the front terrace. This apartment gets the sun all day long! With two single beds in the bedroom and a double pull out settee bed in the lounge, this apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio. There is a sun lounger, table and chairs on the patios for your relaxation.

The pool area is an ideal place for a cool swim and afternoon relax in the heat of the day.

Brilliant views from balcony

This was our second stay at the apartment. There could be a bit of updating to make it more comfortable ie new mattress protectors and sheet's on beds, lighter duvets, comfortable dining room chairs (they felt like my school chairs from 60 years ago) and a new sun parasol as the one there kept flying off the spokes. Other than that, we had a great stay and would probably book again in the future.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your comments. I always respond to comments from guests so that my apartment has continuous improvement. I was over there jus ta while ago and the whole place was painted. I didn't feel it looked dated and no one has said that before, indeed the opposite. I personally replaced all the towels and bedding so i am not sure what has happened here. If the manager has used ones that haven't been replaced and are wearing then i apologise, maybe the new ones were being laundered. I have asked now for all the ones in the property to be replaced immediately. The table is quite cut, solid wood and is a nice size for the room.I will however get some more comfy cushions if necessary. I will replace the mattress protectors. I am there once a year and the apartment gets booked out most of the year so a lot of use. I also replaced the outside table and chairs and sunbeds. I will look at the parasol. we do get a lot of kalima sand storms and the outside furniture is replaced almost every year because of this. I have been in touch with the housekeeper already and this is being done right away. I aim to respond to my guests and any problems they see. I want your holiday to be perfect and i like the fact that people like yourself return each year. Thankyou for bringing these points to my attention, you can rest assure they are being dealt with. I am so happy you had a great time and it was good to speak to you during your stay. I look forward to seeing you both again.Nigel

Lovely, spacious and sunny apartment!

Spacious apartment and two lovely sized balconies to the front and rear of the property. I was able to sunbathe (loungers provided) over looking the golf course and Marina throughout the morning/ dinner and then swap for a few hours more sun on the other side.

It came equipped with everything you need for your stay such as cutlery, pans, kettle, hair dryer ect. An supermarket 5 to 10mins walk away and a few resturants next to it. These reasturants and supermarket are found next to the Fairway building. Easy to see as it's painted in big letters on the side of the building on the main road.

There was also a few reasturants if you cut across the golf course and past the marina. Reasonably priced too and over looking that seaview.

In my opinion this is more for a relaxed stay or golf players paradise as it has at least 3 courses within close proximity. The main parts such as Los christianos and Las Americas are 25 mins away on the bus or in taxi. It cost us approx 16 euro each way in a taxi. We also got the bus for 3,50 euro each but not the most reliable.

The views are lovely from the balcony and it is indeed in a peaceful location. My favorite place to eat is 30 minutes walk away at Los Abrigos fishing port! It is lovely there and has superb fish resturaunts. Hope to see you return in the future.

Great 4 Weeks

We have just spent a great 4 weeks at Nigel's apartment, we had breakfast on the rear terrace overlooking the golf cours and marina, after lunch you can enjoy the sun on the front terrace with a glass of wine watching the sun go down, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk, A Great 4 Weeks.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

A great stay - thank you Nigel. The apartment was immaculate - looked to be newly painted. The double balconies a real bonus. We have stayed in other apartments on this complex before - the views over the golf course and marina are wonderful. Great local restaurants and handy walks to San Blas and Los Abrigos. There are local supermarkets but I would recommend a car. Thanks Nigel, and Chris and Linda next door for your help.

An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and with stunning sea views from front and rear terraces. Close up views of the beautiful San Miguel Marina and a great view of Mount Teide. The apartment is a short walk to the Golf club with its 18 hole course, pitch and putt and driving range. The club also has a swimming pool complex with restaurant and bar.

Water sports, boat trips and submarine safari's are available from the Marina and golf, horse riding, tennis and bowls are a short walk away. There is a coastal walk starting at the marina passing the local beaches. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by.A local bus will take you the short ride into Las Americas and Los Christianos.

The apartment is on a quiet tranquil part of the island and has a pool in the complex and use of two more. The airport is only 10 minutes drive so you on on holiday the minute you land.

Golf: Amarilla Golf is on the doorstep of the apartment. An 18 hole championship course with driving range, 9 hole pitch and putt and a clubhouse with restaurant, bar, snacks and swimming pool. There is horse riding, shops and the marina close by for the non-golfers, as well as the clubhouse with its bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Amarilla Golf and the neighbouring Golf del Sur are within easy walking distance of the apartment.

A round of golf currently costs €30 and a buggy costs €50 if required.
