An idyllic location overlookig the fairway and beautiful San Miguel Marina, with sea views front and rear. After a recent revamp in April 2018, this Fully equipped Apartment comes with all the home from home necessities to make your stay pleasant, such as oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine toaster, kettle and off machine. Sea view terraces on front and rear gives the opportunity for breakfast in the morning sun on the rear terrace and afternoon sunbathing and evening dinner on the front terrace. This apartment gets the sun all day long! With two single beds in the bedroom and a double pull out settee bed in the lounge, this apartment will comfortably sleep 4 people. For your entertainment, there is a satellite TV with your favourite UK channels. There are sun loungers and table and chairs on the patios for your relaxation.

The pool area is an ideal place for a cool swim and afternoon relax in the heat of the day. There are 3 pools which you can cool off in.

Lovely apartment, clean and tidy with all mod cons. The front terrace enabled me to practice Tai Chi daily in the fresh air and sunshine. Loved the peace and tranquillity of the apartment's location. Highly recommended. Many thanks Nigel.

Great position - peaceful spot with great views.

Another lovely holiday Nigel. This apartment is in a great position. The two balconies are great for anyone wanting to catch maximum sun. Most of the nearby restaurants are only 10 or 15 minutes walk away - I like that! Doesn't hurt to walk off that some of that evening food. The walk from the apartment to San Blas and Los Abrigos are a must - everyday!

The apartment has everything you need - clean and for the price a bargain.

Good fun watching the golfers of all abilities. always nice to have a wander around the marina too - it's only 5 minutes walk.

20 minutes drive gets you into Las Americas - a taxi is only about 22 Euros.

Great location

Clean well appointed apartment in a quiet residential area overlooking the golf course and marina. Area was predominately British ex-pats and was well maintained.

On the negative side, in between the well manicured golf courses the open areas were a little derelict and could do with some attention.

The apartment itself was a little dated and could do with modernisation, although we had everything we needed for a self catering holiday.

Pool area clean tidy and nicely landscaped.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your comments Lisa. Tenerife is a volcanic island. The areas are not derelict, but volcanic, natural and unspoilt. Most of my guests like this as it is far from the hussle and bustle of city life or crammed holiday resorts. The fact a lot of areas are rock and soil and not built on is one reason i bought there. The apartment is a typical spanish cottage type apartment. I like this look myself and do not want to change it too much into a modernised standard holiday apartment. However, last year the whole place was painted inside and out.All the outside furniture was replaced due to sun fade and the shower cubicle was replaced for new. In April this year the sofas and dining set will be replaced due to heavy use. I hope to keep the character of the property though in doing so. Im pleased you had a nice holiday and hope to see you again soon.

Quiet retreat!

Stayed for 8 weeks and felt very much at home in this comfy apartment. We enjoyed relaxing on the balconies which gave lovely views over the golf course, harbour and Teide. Quiet and away from the main tourist spots which suited us. The surrounding area has lots of restaurants and buses for getting about and walks around the coast line. Looking forward to our return stay next year.

Well located holiday apartment

The apartment is located just about 100 meter from the sea. You can have see views from both of the balconies of the apartment and enjoying to view sun rise as well.

Schöner Urlaub in Amarilla Golf Anlage

Waren im Dezember im Apartment mit hervorragend Ausblick auf das Meer und Golplatz mit super Sonnenaufgang. Wetter bis auf 2 Tage mit Sturm aber immer Sonnig. Temperatur zw. 19 Grad am Abend u. 28 Grad am Nachmittag. Schlüsselempfang durch Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen-nicht störend. Es gibt zwei Terassen, eine zum Golfplatz- bei Wind weniger zu benützen. Terrasse nach Westen ist Windgeschützer und hervorragend zum Sonnenliegen. Sehr ruhige Anlage, hervorragend zum entspannen. Wohnung allgemein sauber mit kleinen Schwachpunkten. Wir haben nur Frühstück gekocht, daher waren wir zu Frieden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, Handtücher könnten aber einmal gewechselt werden-gepflegte Anlage, Pool in sehr schön u. von 11:00 bis 15:30 während unserer Anwesenheit Sonne. Auto ist aber unbedingt notwendig zum einkaufen. Lokale für Abendessen nach 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für das überlassen der Wohnung. Lg.

An idyllic location overlooking the fairway and with stunning sea views from front and rear terraces. Close up views of the beautiful San Miguel Marina and a great view of Mount Teide. The apartment is a short walk to the Golf club with its 18 hole course, pitch and putt and driving range. The club also has a swimming pool complex with restaurant and bar.

Water sports, boat trips and submarine safari's are available from the Marina and golf, horse riding, tennis and bowls are a short walk away. There is a coastal walk starting at the marina passing the local beaches. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by.A local bus will take you the short ride into Las Americas and Los Christianos.

The apartment is on a quiet tranquil part of the island and has a pool in the complex and use of two more. The airport is only 10 minutes drive so you on on holiday the minute you land.

Golf: Amarilla Golf is on the doorstep of the apartment. An 18 hole championship course with driving range, 9 hole pitch and putt and a clubhouse with restaurant, bar, snacks and swimming pool. There is horse riding, shops and the marina close by for the non-golfers, as well as the clubhouse with its bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Amarilla Golf and the neighbouring Golf del Sur are within easy walking distance of the apartment.

A round of golf currently costs €30 and a buggy costs €50 if required.
