Apartment 5 Sovereign House is a self-contained 1 bedroom flat in a newly refurbished block. The flat is on the second floor and has been fully furnished with all the amenities you should require including 42" flat screen TV with freeview, fully fitted kitchen with oven/ hob/ microwave/ fridge and all cooking utensils. There is a washing machine with iron and ironing and a clothes dryer.

The flat is in a lovely condition and will be professionally cleaned before your arrival with freshly laundered linen and towels.

The surrounding area of Christchurch and Southbourne is within easy walking distance and provides plenty of beautiful areas to visit with easy access to Poole, the New Forest and the Purbeck Hills. Kings Park entrance is a 4 minute walk up the road where AFC Bournemouth stadium is located, and Pokesdown train station is only 0.4 miles away.

There is a Sainsburys Local next door and a choice of restaurants and cafes all within a few minutes walk. Southbourne High Street is nearby and from there you can reach Southbourne's golden sandy beaches, being exactly 1 mile from the property. Just up from the beach, you will find a very popular children’s play park and crazy golf on the cliff top, with the option there to take a lift down to the beach.

Poole harbour is well known for its water sports and beautiful scenery, kayaks, windsurfing and boats can all be hired from the waterfront during the summer. The Purbeck hills can be reached by bike or car from the apartment to the west, across the Sandbanks chain ferry, or the New Forest is to the east.

The apartment is fully fitted out with modern kitchen equipment, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, and oven. The double bed has a new mattress and there is space in the bedroom for a travel cot should you need to bring one.
