Eastbourne train station and town centre is just 1.5 miles away, and the beach is also within easy reach.
The house has an interesting 'upside-down' design, being set on a slope. The entry level has the living areas, and then you go downstairs to reach the bedrooms.
The huge dining lounge is the focal point for sociable gatherings, and has floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors at the rear opening on to a balcony that stretches the width of the house. Step out, and you'll soak up the views over the swimming pool, garden, adjoining golf course and the lovely hills beyond.

Outside the garden is attractive and regularly maintained. The swimming pool is heated for use between mid June to mid September only. Parents need to be aware that as well as the pool (which is fenced in), there is a laburnum tree in the garden (plant/berries poisonous), so children must be supervised at all times.
WiFi is provided, along with towels and linen. There is driveway parking for two cars and further street parking available.
