Villa Eftykhia is a spacious, superbly equipped 4 bedroomed villa on a quiet side road close to Coral Bay, with its sandy Blue Flag beach. It boasts generous living areas, large bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, as well as a private pool, off road parking and a roof terrace with 360 degree views, accessed by a spiral staircase. It is available to rent throughout the year.

There is a small convenience store for small items, and 2 restaurants with bars just a couple of minutes walk away. There are also many other fine restaurants and a larger supermarket in Coral Bay.

The private pool, 8m by 4m, completely refurbished in 2017, has roman steps and underwater lighting. Around the pool there is ample room for sun loungers and umbrellas plus poolside lighting, and a large barbecue with motorised spits. Large palm trees, a gazebo with dining table and adjustable umbrellas provide that all important shade against the strong Cyrus sun.

The lounge has ample seating around a coffee table, all facing a wall mounted TV. The TV receives UK TV channels and a store of over 2,000 movies, recent as well as old. There is also a DVD player plus a radio/CD player. There are 3 ceiling fans, as well as air-conditioning throughout the living room/dining area so that you can chill out even on the hottest days. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. For winter lets, there is also a wood burner in the lounge.

Both the lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to a sea facing balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden. The balcony has seating, plus remote controlled awnings for shade. From the balcony there is a gated spiral staircase leading to the impressive roof terrace with seating, a table and parasol umbrella. The roof terrace gets sun from sunrise to sunset - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun go down. Soft lighting means there is no rush to drink up.

The modernised, air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, eye level oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. and plenty of other items so you should need for nothing. There is also a small table and four chairs for eating snacks.

Three of the four bedrooms, and a family bathroom with bath and shower, are through an archway to the side of the lounge. One bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in double cupboards, and blackout blinds.

Upstairs, you have also an entrance hall, with bookcase, games and DVDs, and a 6 point mobile phone, tablet charger with a variety of leads to keep you connected.

Child friendly gated stairs from the lounge lead to the lower living area.

The downstairs comprises a large air-conditioned day room with floor to ceiling sliding doors leading directly out onto the pool area. Between the day room and the pool is a gated fence to protect the younger guests from their own exuberance.

There is a large table with wrap around seating for everyone, plus a double sofa that can be converted to a double bed (for summer lets only), and a water chiller. There is also a shower and toilet, plus another bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in double cupboards, and blackout blinds.There is also another fully functional and equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge freezer, sink etc along with a breakfast bar and bar stools.

Other features of the villa include fast wireless internet, a colour printer, a digital safe, security camera (recording) on the front door and drive, flyscreens throughout, hairdryers in each bedroom, and an iron with ironing board.

The villa is under 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay. Coral Bay beach is a large sandy Blue Flag beach with refreshments and water-sports (including jet skis). Paphos Zoo is also just 5 minutes away. Paphos itself is 20 minutes away, with archaeological sites and modern shopping malls. The Akamas Peninsula, 15 minutes drive away, is an expansive nature reserve, best explored by hiring a buggy, quad bike or 4 by 4.

We can provide details of companies who offer group transfers from the airport at reasonable rates, a local car hire company who provide really great service including delivery and collection of you and the cars to the villa or the airport, and for those travelling with little ones, cots and other baby can be organised to be at the villa for your arrival and collected after you leave. We have fitted out the villa as if for our own, our childrens' and grand-childrens' enjoyment. Accordingly it is very child friendly and has just about everything you could ask for. Since buying the property, we have extensively re-modelled the villa to make it feel all the more spacious.

It is fully furnished and we are happy to share it with you and hope you like it as much as we do.

The Villa was absolutely amazing. It was a real home from home with everything you could ask for!

I would not hesistate to recommend this Villa as an ideal base for a holiday to Cyprus. It spaciously accommodated two families (4 adults and 4 children 6 and under) is well equipped with everything you need for a real home from home experience. The villa has child safety at its heart with stair gates and a gated pool. This meant we were able to completely relax. The villa was impeccable, tastefully decorated and the pool well maintained. We will certainly be back! Thank you!!

This villa is absolutely lovely, the decor is excellent and has everything you could possibly need, it's a home from home!

The pool area is fab too.

It can be hard to get around without a car but some lovely things to see in walking distance
