“Tall Pines” is an original cosy cottage built in the 1960’s situated on a peninsula with a point. The cottage overlooks a bay and has its own private dock with boat. There is a fire pit and benches overlooking the water on the point. In addition to a tin boat, the cottage comes with a barbecue, paddle boat and a row boat. It is an excellent location for children, as the water is quite shallow along the shore. This area is also very popular for fishing. There is parking for several cars next to the cottage. The cottage has a double bed, a queen bed and bunk beds. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and working fireplace. There is also a bunkie on the property that has a double bed. Please note that Bruce and I have an island property, 10 minutes away by boat. We use Tall Pines as our road access to the Island Cottage and we assure you that we come and go very quickly and will cause very little disruption.

About Lee Hausmann
"Tall Pines" is a family cottage that was purchased in 1963. Bruce and Lee have enjoyed this cottage over the years up until last summer. We have now purchased a cottage on an island, and travel to this from "Tall Pines". The resident of the cottage will admire majestic white pines and pink granite.

Comfy beds, spacious, lots of boats!
Tall Pines comes as advertised! My family spent just under a week at Tall Pines in late august. The beds were comfy, shower was great, and there were lots of boats to enjoy. Lee and Bruce were clear about what to expect and we would definitely return. The only drawback was the lake was filled with a lot of algae because of a warm winter & spring but we were warned of this ahead of time. We still enjoyed swimming and could paddle out a little ways for clearer waters.
