This house offers you the best of both worlds. It is in a lovely, quiet location, for rest and relaxation, but also you can walk to the beach and town.
It is a large house with 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. All bedrooms are large and they all have a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms each with a shower. There is a utility room with a washing machine. There is also a large open-plan room containing a modern newly-fitted kitchen with a dining table and chairs and a sofa area for relaxing. This room is air-conditioned.
There is a large terrace with a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' and a roof terrace with a sea view. There is a small garden with parking for 1 large or 2 small/medium cars.
Walking about.: The house is on a hill, so the times given for walking anywhere vary, depending on whether you are going generally downhill or uphill. For example, I can walk TO the nearest shop in about 5 minutes, because it is all down hill, but it is maybe 15 minutes to walk BACK (slowly)
Also walking TO the beach can be 20 minutes but walking BACK is maybe 35 minutes.
Garden area/parking: There is a small garden/parking area in front of the house. Enough space for two small/medium cars.
When to visit: The Montenegran coast has a Mediterranean climate with long, dry summers and short, mild winters.
In July and August (high season) it is almost always hot. The maximum temperature is 29 degrees and this is the most popular time for tourists. Friendly, fun and buzzing.
Also, May, June and September (mid season) are warm, dry and sunny. The sea is still warm enough for swimming and there are fewer tourists which you may prefer.
Even October has an average maximum temperature of 21.6 degrees and can sometimes still be pleasantly warm.

This large house is located in a quiet, calm cul-de-sac in a friendly neighbourhood and is perfect for relaxing. There is parking for 2 small cars, although many amenities are within walking distance: local shop is 10 min walk, the main part of Sutomore with larger supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc is approx 20 minutes walk and the main beach is about 30 minutes walk. (There are also other beaches).
With a car there is much to explore. The beautiful Skadar Lake is the largest lake in the Balkans and is a paradise for birdwatchers. There are also historic areas such as 'stari Bar'. 'Velika Plaza' in Ulcinj is the largest sandy beach on the Adriatic coast and is well known for kite surfing. Also there are pretty coastal resorts such as Petrovac.
In Sutomore there is a bus station and also a train station. These are approximately 30 minutes walk from our house or you could take a taxi (a few euros).
