The living room has 2 sofa beds for 2 people, TV, DVD, CD, fan and allows to see the whole city, the port and the sea and has a dining table for 4 people. The swimming pool is equipped with tables, umbrellas, chairs, showers and hammocks for sunbathing and has a children's pool. Free wifi zone in the pool.

This apartment is no good for family’s or elderly people as it on a hill need to be very fit to live

There , it is not mentioned on here about being in the land of no where you need plenty of money for buses or taxis to get about , we actually moved out after 2 nights and moved to a hours drive on bus to Maspalomas for 3 nights sorry would not recommend,

A home from home

We spent four weeks in this apartment and just cannot fault it. It's clean, very spacious and contains every conceivable thing you are likely to need including many that you would not expect. It faces east over the harbour area and it is fantastic to see the sun rise over the sea.

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to explore Las Palmas. We especially liked the old part of the city and the Vegueta market. Two other areas we recommend are Parque Doramas and Playa Las Canteras. As we were there for that amount of time we also enjoyed taking the bus to the south of the island (Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan are great) and also to places such as Puerto de las Nieves, Teror and Firgas.

The owner, Gerardo, could not be more welcoming and helpful. The ultimate in customer service.

Rauhallinen asunto pitempäänkin oleskeluun

Tänä syksynä vietimme jälleen useamman viikon Las Palmasin valossa ja lämmössä, pääosin marraskuussa. Asunto on tilava etenkin kahdelle. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Ensivaikutelma saattaa olla hieman askeettinen, mutta asunto on toimiva ja siisti. Panoraama itään päin yli "rantakaupungin" kattojen ja sataman aina avomerelle asti ei muita tauluja kaipaa. Rauhallinen ympäristö tuo vaihtelua Las Canterasin turistirannan jälkeen. Taloyhtiön uima-allas pidetään myös siistinä.

Asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Trianan ostoskaduista ja vanhasta kaupungista Veguetasta. Alueelta löytyy useita ravintoloita, jotka ovat jopa edullisempia kuin turistirannalla. Silti turistirannalle on hyvät bussiyhteydet ja taksi on halpa (n. 6 euroa).

Asunto sijaitsee rinteessä "rantakaupungin" ja "yläkaupungin" välimailla. Porrasaskelmia alas asti sekä ylös lähikauppaan kertyy yli sata. Portaiden käyttö edellyttää kohtalaista peruskuntoa, mutta auttaa toisaalta peruskunnon ylläpitoa. Tällä edellytyksellä asuntoa voi lämpimästi suositella.

Vuokraisäntä Gerardo on ystävällinen ja erittäin palvelualtis. Useamman asunnon vuokraaminen onkin hänen pääelinkeinonsa. Varsinkin pohjoismaiset asiakkaat ovat hänen mieleensä. Tämänkin suosituksen hän halusi nimenomaan suomeksi.

Fantastic stay in a fabulous apartment

My husband and I spent a fantastic week in this apartment a few weeks ago. The apartment is really spacious, clean and welcoming. There are so many extra touches like toiletries, towels, kitchen equipment and other bits and bobs we weren't expecting and were delighted with. The pool area is lovely, there's plenty of beds, especially mid-week when we were often the only people there, and its really clean and well kept.

The owner Gerardo is a lovely man, he collected us from the airport and gave us a little tour of the city to get our bearings before taking us to the apartment. Although we never had any problems at all, we were confident if we had done Gerardo would have sorted it immediately.

Cannot recommend the property highly enough for a chilled out stay in a great city. We hope to return later in the year!

The apartment is located in the center so that buses and taxis are available and even the possibility of walking the city. Parking on the street easily.

Golf: Golf & Paddle

At 100 meters there is a paddle club at a distance of 3 km is the Las Palmeras Golf sport complex, with its superb 18-hole par 3 to 150 m, with spectacular views over the Playa de Las Canteras and the Atlantic Ocean.

The field has 2 routes that make it suitable for all types of players, the first 9 holes having a purely British physiognomy and 9 holes following characteristics of American golf. Every hole has an attractive design and landscaping care.

On the top floor you can enjoy 3 restaurants with a menu and a wine category, as well as a terrace for late night drinks.
