What makes this Apartment unique
Some advices and warnings: - There are no conditions in this house specially designed for children. However, special equipment may be installed, such as a security lock on the stairs, crib or bed of crates, under budget and prior approval. - The front door should always be closed, and locked at night. - Do not connect more than 3 heaters simultaneously, or keep them switched on for more than 3 hours. The electrical panel is located next to the front door. If this triggers as a safety measure, simply disconnect the electrical device that caused the overload and reconnect the panel. - The water heating has a limited capacity, I recomend not to concentrate many baths at the same time. If the water does not come out hot enough, wait until it reheats, which takes about 30/40 minutes. "Do not make noise, especially at night. The floor is wood without sound insulation, all the noise is felt on the lower floor. Note: Foreign guests will have to provide identification at check-in (according to current legislation check-in and check-out of foreign guests will have to be communicated to SEF - Foreign and Borders Service - through its own system) . Check: Convention on the Application of the Schengen Agreement and the Aliens Act (Article 15) Before Check Out: - The kitchen should be clean and tidy, including the dishes. - All lights, heaters or fans must be switched off - The locks are old, it is difficult and expensive to replace lost keys, I appreciate special attention in this aspect. Failure to deliver keys can mean the total loss of security fee. - From 9pm onwards avoid making noise as much as possible Late check in (>10pm) will have a extra cost of 30€ - A fee of € 60 will be charged for cleaning and maintenance of the apartment. For long stays, this value will be adjusted to the dwell time.
