GLAMOROUS PENTHOUSE, 2 TERRACES, WIFI, 2 SHARED POOLS, IN IBIZA BEST AREA

The "Glamorous Penthouse" is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, grocery stores, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha Club and Lio, are all within short walking distance, although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking. The fully furnished penthouse is composed of a large open space suite (bedroom, sitting area and fully equipped kitchenette corner), 1 bathroom with shower, wardrobe and 2 private and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces where it's possible to relax, enjoy your meal 'al fresco', or sunbath. Infact, on the roof terrace the brand new terrace is equipped with glamorous and cozy sun loungers by Vondom. Both outdoor spaces have partial views of the sea, Ibiza old town, harbour and talamanca beach.The penthouse can accommodate 2 people. Double bed or 2 twin beds, if required. Air conditioning, Free wi-fi Internet Connection, Flat screen tv, Stereo Hifi, I-Pod Player, Washing Machine, Fully equipped Kitchenette with Hob, Fridge/fFreezer, Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso and Regular Coffe Machine, hair dryer, 2 communal Pools. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only at 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand) , no car hire is necessary. However, if you plan to hire a car, Free of charge Public Parking Spaces are on the street around or near the Building.

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental is required at the time of the booking. The balance of the rental is payable on arrival, at the moment of the check-in.

Security/Damage deposit: not required

Rates are intended per apartment, up to 2 people, and include taxes and final cleaning (Euro 45).

Check-in: any day from 14.30/15 onwards, but a different time (before 14.30/15) can be agreed, according to the avaialbility.

Check-out: by 11.00 AM.

A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.

Minimum stay: 3 nights; however from May to the beginning of October a longer stay may be required (4, 5 or 6 nights) especially if a week-end is included in the stay.

Fantastic place, fantastic location!

Can't overstate how much we enjoyed this apartment. Clean, stylish, well designed, fabulous balcony overlooking the boats in the marina, an even more impressive private rooftop terrace, access to swimming pool... and all this in the very cool Marina Botafoch, moments away from bars, restaurants, Pacha, port... Perfect! Tank you guys - we'll be back!

Amazing Apartment, Excellen Location

We experienced great service from start to finish. Directions to apartment very clear and we were met and shown round the apartment by the owners who couldn't be more helpful.

The apartment was amazing, bigger than it appears in the photos, very clean, great facilities, with lots of extras - complimentary bubbly, coffee for coffee machine, bottles of water, very comfy beds and, a large balcony and a private rooftop terrace with 2 sunbeds to enjoy the nice views to Ibiza town, Talamanca and marina.

The location was perfect, a 15 minute walk along the marina into Ibiza town, 5 minutes from beach, great restaurants, Lio and Pacha. I will definitely visit again. Thank you

Great Stay

The first thing I judge an apartment is the quality of the sleep that we get during our stay. We stayed in for 7 nights and slept very well every night. the location is excellent. Only 5 minutes walk to the boat across to Ibiza town and around 20 if you walk it. The walk is easy enough but the boat is worth it for the views of the old town. Especially in the evening with all the lights and the cool sea breeze.

2nd stay at this great apartment

Just returned from our second stay at the Glamorous Penthouse, first time I have ever returned to the same accommodation in my life so that should tell you something about how much we love this place.

It has everything you need including roof terrace with views of the old town, large shower, comfy beds, plenty of coat hangers, washing machine and a hairdryer that was better than mine at home.

Not only is the apartment ideal for two people, the location is fabulous; 5 mins from Talamanca beach and Spar, and only 2 mins from taxi rank, boat to Ibiza town and the marina.

Would thoroughly recommend and we’re already planning our trip back for next year.

Great Penthouse in a central location

Just want to echo the positives in previous reviews.

Alessandro was excellent, from booking to meeting us, to helping us with car rental bookings etc. Such a very nice man.

The apartment location and facilities were perfect for the two of us. We often holiday in Ibiza with a group, so this was a nice change and our first time using Talamanca as a beach which we really liked. We even walked into Ibiza town a few times in an evening although it is a bit of a walk, it is possible.

The penthouse was fully equipped and there was also a kettle, shower gel and clothes washing supplies. There was a supply of coffee capsules for the nespresso machine and these were readily available in the supermarkets around the apartment.

All I can say is that, if you're a couple looking for a central base, with great facilities that are clean and have everything you need, then this is the place for you!

The penthouse is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, Great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, grocery stores, up-market shops, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha and Lio are all within short walkable distance although no noise! Also the new faboulos marina area with the most beautiful yachts and other great bars and restaurants and luxury shops, is at only 200 meters,. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking.

Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, (including a taxi stand) no car hire is necessary.

The name of the building where the apartment is located is “Bahia de Ibiza” and it can be accessed from both Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles 1) and Avenida 8 de Agosto (the 2 streets are parallel). The exact address is “Passeig Joan Carles I, 1013, 07800 Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain".
