The "CHARMING 2 BEDROOM apartment" is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: in Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles I), a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, super markets, shops, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Heart, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha Club and Lio, are all within short walking distance but far enough not to hear the noise. And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi rank is on the next block. Also the ferry dock is only 5 minutes walking. The fully furnished apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms - one of them ensuite - (on request, beds can be made twins, instead of double, in one of the bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower) , a large living/dining room with a comfortable sofabed for 2 people, an open and fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with partial/side view on Ibiza Old Town equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. Air conditioning, free Wifi, Flat TV, stereo Hi-Fi, , I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. The apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand) , no car hire is necessary. Super apartment in a great location
We had a great holiday in this lovely apartment in Ibiza. The apartment was very clean, modern, tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable beds, it was equipped with everything you could need. The location was perfect, we had the best of 3 worlds - Ibiza old town, Marina Botafoch, and Cala Talamanca beach all within walking distance. We used the water taxi a few times across to the old town and it was very pleasant - €2.60 single trip or €4 return. We hired a car for 2 days and explored other places and its a beautiful island.
Alessandro the manager was especially a pleasure to deal with right from the booking stage, great communication, he was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, nothing was a problem for him. Thank you.
Our holiday in Ibiza was perfect from the start to finish, and we would certainly recommend this great apartment and location to our friends and family.
Beautiful apartment and great value for long stays
This apartment is beautiful and well kept and maintained properly. Really well equipped with everything you might need and more. We stayed in here for 1 month. The location is stunning, whether your interest is the beach, restaurants, sightseeing or people watching. You can walk anywhere.
The apartment managers were very welcoming and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend the apartment to all my friends!
BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT AND EXCELLENT LOCATION
The apartment was beautiful, very clean, great facilities with comfy beds and a large balcony to enjoy the nice views to Ibiza old town. The location is excellent, a 15 minutes walk along the marina into Ibiza old town, 5 minutes from the beach, supermarkets, great restaurants etc.
Just steps from the beach, and walking distance to Old Ibiza, you don’t even need to rent a car or anything. The owners sent to helpers to meet us when we arrived from the airport. They were extremely helpful and kind. The owners were very easy to communicate with. There are two pools in the building as well. I think about going back all the time, and if I do I would stay here again!
Gorgeous apartment and superb location
Extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment and the service! The location is suberb: it's a five minute walk to the Talamaca beach, there are several grocery stores within walking distance and there is a large selection of fabolous restaurants at the beach and at the "chich" marina with amazing yatchs. Also Pacha and Lio are within short walking distance. The apartment, with modern furnishings was luxurious, spacious, spotless and quiet.
Managers were responsive to all requests at will, prior our arrival and during our stay.

Best spot on Ibiza!
Lovely apartment in beautiful area, very close to port, Talamanca Beach (take the wooden bridge!) and Dalt Vila. The charming apartment was spacious, very clean and full equipped. Everything you may need is available: blender, oven, nespresso, wine fridge, freezer, dish washing detergent, washing machine, dryer, thick towels, linens etc etc). Very nice service from the managers: Checking in and checking out was super organized, questions during our stay were answered quickly and very friendly by the managers. We really would recommend this apartment to our friends and family. We most certainly will come back here!

Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.
Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, (including a taxi stand) no car hire is necessary.
The name of the building is "Bahia de Ibiza" and it can be accessed from both Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles) I and Avenida 8 de Agosto (the 2 streets are parallel)
