'La Nouba' nestles on the edge of the prestigious Las Laderas urbanisation with distant sea, mountain and countryside views.

This three bedroomed traditional villa is ideally situated close enough to enjoy Javea's wonderful Arenal beach area (5km) but still retains a semi-rural setting ideal for families and couples alike.

The property has been extensively upgraded for 2014 with a new kitchen, shower room, and air-conditioned bedrooms. Satellite television and Wi-fi has also been added along with a completely refurbished swimming pool and terracing.

The villa is situated in a fenced in double plot (3000 m) with external security system and ample room for parking. The private pool is overlooked by an extensive sun terraced area and cosy Naya providing ideal relaxation areas for both sun and shade.

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen open directly onto the terrace and a 10 m x 5 m private swimming pool. Two master bedrooms have en-suite facilities with the third bedroom served by the newly created shower room.

Overall, this is a wonderful residence situated in truly idyllic surroundings.

Amazing Villa can't wait to go back!!!

The pictures really don't do the villa justice its so much bigger then it looks on the pictures...from booking to arriving the owner is very helpful as are the people who look after the villa it was clean and well looked after...we will be booking it again for next year theres lots to do in Javea and Denia its a 5 star villa!!!!!!

Javea is situated in the north of the province, the Mediterranean Sea is found at the entire of its east coast. Flat agricultural land stretches for miles inland, cut by small streams and used primarily for growing citrus & olive trees. 90 km to the east is the island of Ibiza, which can be seen on a clear day.

There are three distinct parts to Javea providing an ideal holiday destination:

The ' old town' which retains its medieval architecture and houses built along narrow streets in traditional style.

The harbour and fishing port, with its fishing boats along side private yachts and motor cruisers and;

The modern part of Javea which is found at the southern end of the bay at the Arenal Beach. This has a real holiday atmosphere and everything that a holiday maker could ask for. There are lots of restaurants and bars along the promenade and on the beach you will find soft clean sand which runs into the mostly warm shallow water of the Mediterranean.

Golf: Javea Golf Club has a 9 hole golf course and welcomes visitors.
