In the epi-centre of Cannes in the chic and vibrant Carré d'Or district, this light & airy apartment with lovely high ceilings is ideal for business or leisure trips being only 325 metres from the Palais des Festivals, and also only 50 metres from the central Croisette and literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants everything is within very easy walking distance but parking is available nearby for a charge if required.

From the large, square reception hall elegant glazed double doors lead through to the sitting room which has 2 large, comfortable leather sofas (one is a double sofa-bed), Samsung LED TV, Blue Tooth Home Cinema System.

Adjacent comfortable dining area. Seating for 4-6.

Two bedrooms with zip and link beds (single or king configuration).

Two new shower rooms.

New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and all utensils and Nespresso machine.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes

This lovely apartment is located in the heart of glamourous Cannes only a stones throw from the beach being its best asset. From the apartment you can walk to an array of both designer and affordable shops as well as a vast choice of restaurants and bars - couldn't be in a better location! The apartment is part of a traditional French building giving it a romantic feel as well as being equipped with all the facilities you might need. We had a great time staying there and would definitely visit again!

Perfect Pied-à-terre

Our third summer in a row visiting Cannes and we love it more every time. We have stayed in the same apartment - no need to make a change when everything is just as you like it. The apartment is clean, the kitchen and baths are new (2 baths is very helpful with a family of 5). The little terrace is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while watching people return from a day at the beach. The location is unbeatable - just a little over a block to the beaches with great shopping, the farmers market and restaurants a block in the other direction. There is a bar below the apartment, but with newly installed windows, we never hear a thing and the rest of the building is very quiet. The owner is very professional and responsive, as is the caretaker. I expect we will continue to return as often as we can for years to come.

Home away from home

Lovely Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Our journey to the apartment itself -transfer by a car rental company-was organised by Judith, who could not have done more to ensure that we had a smooth transfer from the airport. We were impressed by the apartment-well appointment, outstandingly clean and comfortably furnished. We were greeted by Thierry, who was very amiable and gave us the necessary instructions for the air conditioning etc. The location was ideal-only a few streets away from the lively shopping region with a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes-'The Pause Cafe' being a particular favourite of ours, located on 'Rue Hoche'. It is also in close proximity to the train station (Gare SNCF is within walking distance from the apartment) where you can travel to many beautiful regions outside Cannes itself. We enjoyed a really comfortable stay in this apartment, and were given continuing helpful advice from Judith. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would most definitely return to the apartment again.

Lovely decor, good facilities, comfortable.

Apartment in the middle of the action, minutes from restaurants bars and clubs, the beach and the Palais. Comfortable lounge with TV and stereo, high speed internet, small balcony, good sized kitchen, roomy bedrooms, pleasantly decorated throughout, recently refurbished. 1st floor with lift. Would recommend

Wonderful and lovely modern apartment!

Wonderful, a lovely modern apartment. My boyfriend and I loved the time we spent in this Cannes apartment. It is modern, comfortable, central and large. The kitchen has everything you might need, in the lounge there is a stereo which is easy to hook your own music up to, a large tv and dvd player in case you want a night in. The aircon was very useful because the weather was very hot even in September.The south facing balcony was a particular fav of ours, soaking up the sun there whilst eating our breakfast was lovely. 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and very convenient location, near to a little market, supermarkets, restaurants and some pubs to go for a nice cocktail. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a good place to stay in Cannes. :)

Situated on Rue Monod, just off Rue Mace, in the heart of the chic Carre D'Or just behind Louis Vuitton and the first road behind the Croisette. Top bars & restaurants all around make it ideal for business clients, singles and couples. Also good for families due to great location near beach, children's funfair park and carousels. 2min walk to bus stop at Gray d'Albion for Nice airport; 4min walk to rail station which will take you along the coast to St Raphael in one direction and Nice (airport and town), Beaulieu, Menton & Monaco in the other. Hilltop villages such as Mougins & St Paul de Vence also easily accessible. Scenic boat trips to nearby Iles de Lerins & also to St Tropez.
