In the epi-centre of Cannes in the chic and vibrant Carré d'Or district, this light & airy apartment with lovely high ceilings is ideal for business or leisure trips being only 325 metres from the Palais des Festivals, and also only 50 metres from the central Croisette and literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants everything is within very easy walking distance but parking is available nearby for a charge if required.

From the large, square reception hall elegant glazed double doors lead through to the sitting room which has 2 large, comfortable leather sofas (one is a double sofa-bed), Samsung LED TV, Blue Tooth Home Cinema System.

Adjacent comfortable dining area. Seating for 4-6.

Two bedrooms with zip and link beds (single or king configuration).

Two new shower rooms.

New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and all utensils and Nespresso machine.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes

This lovely apartment is located in the heart of glamourous Cannes only a stones throw from the beach being its best asset. From the apartment you can walk to an array of both designer and affordable shops as well as a vast choice of restaurants and bars - couldn't be in a better location! The apartment is part of a traditional French building giving it a romantic feel as well as being equipped with all the facilities you might need. We had a great time staying there and would definitely visit again!

Excellent location

This was our 5th stay in Nice and Cannes area and for sure it has been the best one. The property location was excellent, two minutes walk to the beach and water sports 20 minutes by bus. All the boutiques and dining right next to you. The property was really nice well maintained and comfortable with a lot space to get around. Customer service was excellent all the way. We would recommend this property to our friends or anyone else going to Cannes.

Amazing location, beautiful flat, helpful owners. Perfect Cannes rental.

Location is fabulous: only moments from the beach (2-3 min walk) which meant we could go for a swim before breakfast and be home again for coffee on the balcony before it became too hot. In August the sun hit the balcony at 10am. The apartment is surrounded by excellent restaurants and Cannes' designer shops. For groceries there is a small, local market (5 minutes walk) in a square with mini supermarket and popular boulangerie. Thoughtfully the flat was equipped with a wheeled shopping trolly making shopping easy, even for the Forville market a bit further away.

The apartment: spotlessly clean and v well equipped for cooking and eating (plenty of cutlery/plates/pans). The balcony (accessed from both main bed and living room) meant we could enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks watching the world go by. There is restaurant and cafe in the street below and a bar which opened late at night (the double glazing kept the noise out and ceiling fan/air con flat cool) and further away in next street more restaurants - so plenty of people watching! The two shower rooms are small but v modern and new as was the kitchen. All v smart. There was space in the hall for beach stuff. We are a family of 5 (including 2 large teenage boys!) and had enough space - was worried we might feel cramped. Internet good. Beds comfortable. Sofa bed amazingly easy to use, so no problem putting it away in the morning. We were met at the agreed time and given 4 sets of keys (v useful and unusual); good info in the flat on what to do/where to find shops etc; excellent communication with owners.

We had a great time - 2 weeks in August - highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay in Cannes

The apartment was absolutely ideal for me and my three friends. It's in a great location just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and the facilities are excellent. Restaurants, shops, cafes and bars are all on your doorstep. The only disappointment about the holiday was watching England vs Iceland!

Excellent location central Cannes

We, a family of 4, spent a week in Cannes, July 2016. We rented Judith´s apartment which delivered our expectations . It is extremely central located with 50 m walk to the Croisette, all of Cannes within walking distance.

The apartment has a very good layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all rooms with good aircondition and renovated within the last few years. The apartment held a good standard.

We would recommend the apartment and would love to come back when we visit Cannes next time.

Perfect Pied-à-terre

Our third summer in a row visiting Cannes and we love it more every time. We have stayed in the same apartment - no need to make a change when everything is just as you like it. The apartment is clean, the kitchen and baths are new (2 baths is very helpful with a family of 5). The little terrace is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while watching people return from a day at the beach. The location is unbeatable - just a little over a block to the beaches with great shopping, the farmers market and restaurants a block in the other direction. There is a bar below the apartment, but with newly installed windows, we never hear a thing and the rest of the building is very quiet. The owner is very professional and responsive, as is the caretaker. I expect we will continue to return as often as we can for years to come.

Hilltop villages such as Mougins & St Paul de Vence also easily accessible. Scenic boat trips to nearby Iles de Lerins & also to St Tropez.
