PRIVATE STRUCTURE. The Casa di Nani' is an elegant property just a few kilometres from the centre of Forli' which, however, maintains a particularly authentic atmosphere. The house enjoys excellent privacy and tranquillity and is ideal for those looking for a comfortable place in a strategic position, being just 90 km from Bologna and Florence. The house borders on that of the owners but the two houses are separate properties with separate entrances on two different sides and separate gardens which grants privacy to the guests. Indoors, the Casa di Nani' is characterised by a refined, elegant style of great taste, with all mod cons available; the outdoor areas, too, are extremely enjoyable with the presence of shady pergolas, ideal for alfresco dining, and a nice tree house for the delight of many a child.
VILLA: The rooms are on two floors. The portico leads to the living area composed of a sitting room and dining room with large windows that let in a lot of light. From here you go on to the kitchen gathered around a winter garden, ideal for pleasant outdoor meals; also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom. A brick staircase in the living room leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area composed of three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. DEPENDANCE: About 15 m from the house is an attractive annex with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower.
In the 2000 sq m garden is a lawn, a gravel parking area and a stone path leading to the terracing below with the pool. Near the kitchen is a little portico with wood oven and a bigger one of about 30 sq m with the outdoor dining area. In front of the main entrance is a five-a-side grass soccer field. Beds of shrubs and bushes alternating with large fruit trees frame the whole property. Furthermore, the kids will enjoy also the great tree house.
The welcoming pool is situated within the lawned garden on a side of the property next to the park and guarantees absolute privacy. It is 30 m from the house and is reached along a driveway flanked by a splendid mixed hedge and flowers. Rectangular, with salt purification, it is lined and edged with pearl-white stone and has stone steps for access to the water. It measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m and has two hydro-massage areas. Surrounding it is a manicured lawn with sunbeds and an umbrella. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
