This Villa is very badly managed and is falling apart. I tried 2 showers neither worked. The Villa hadn’t been cleaned between stays so I asked them to clean my room but they never did. I was constantly chasing after toilet paper and soap. There’s lots of hidden extras which aren’t transparent. We had a dinner at the Villa but there was only 1 person serving and we had to get our own drinks and that was after paying corkage. It was mutton tagine rather than lamb and the desert was a joke. It took 3 hours for them to make a cheese sandwich. Laurence who manages it, is totally disorganised and emotionally unhinged. We wanted to plug our own playlist but we’re t allowed to do that and she kept saying that she insists on booking a DJ for £1,000 which happens to be the only waiter. There are lots of villas for rent out there and I would avoid this one.

The most amazing villa and host

I took 20 people from our company to Marrakesh for our work summer trip. The Villa is exactly as described and is absolutely stunning. Every bedroom is large with an en suite. The villa grounds are beautiful and it even has a spa downstairs. it is like being in your own private hotel. Laurence the host is the loveliest and most helpful host. She helped arrange the chefs cook dinner for us, as well as booking our restaurants and quad biking trip. She was on hand to help 24/7. She also arranged a driver for us. I would recommend this villa to everyone! Thank you!!

Simply Amazing

The host went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was seamless! It felt like a home from home (albeit far more luxurious than my own!). The grounds are simply breathtaking. The staff are tentative and extremely flexible. I would strongly recommend having any lunches/dinner on site as the chef is superb - better than most meals we had outside. This villa is true luxury and we can't wait to come back!

Simply The Most Stunning Villa in Marrakech!

Our five nights spent in this villa were quite simply the most amazing travel experience we have ever had! Stepping through the gigantic wooden gates and into this villa was like entering an Arabian King's Palace; high ceilings, a grand open living room, two swimming pools, lush gardens filled with lime, apple and pomegranate trees and our very own spa complete with a sauna and a jacuzzi. We felt like we had ascended into actual royalty. And yet, what made the trip so incredible for us was the care, kindness and hospitality of the property manager Laurence, quite simply the most beautiful and graceful soul I have ever come across in any walk of life. She took it upon herself to make our stay the most special experience imaginable. From booking every transfer, taxi ride and restaurant reservation, no matter what time of day, to personally arranging for our favourite restaurant's food to be delivered to us at our villa so that it could be enjoyed around the pool. Her generosity and kindness knows no bounds and I don't expect to experience anything like it anywhere again. The villa's location is unrivalled, it's incredibly rare to come across a villa located in such close proximity to the Medina. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to the Medina costing no more than €14 each way for a group of up to 8 people, compared to 25-30 mins at a cost of €50-80 euros to the Medina from most villas in Marrakech. The bedrooms are spacious, elegant and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need (including his and hers sinks), and the living room, dining room and swimming pools are so spacious they comfortably accommodate a group of 25 people! If you want an unforgettable experience with a villa to satisfy royals and a personal service you'll never forget, this is the only villa you need to consider. p.s. look out for the gorgeous turtle in the garden!

Wonderful group experience

This villa was fantastic, true to photos. The hosts were incredible - warm, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire trip. We utilized many of their additional services, most notably the in-villa chef services. Please do not skip this, the food is out of this world! I would absolutely bring a group of any kind back to this villa, it’s the perfect setup for families, friends or work colleagues, and the location is very close to everything in Marrakesh without being inside the craziness of the Medina. The one thing I would note is that the pricing approach here is more similar to a hotel than a standard VRBO or similar home rental where you expect one price to cover most everything outside of obvious additional costs. The overall cost was still very reasonable, I would just make sure to ask upfront what items may be additional so there isn’t any confusion. Otherwise, A+++++ trip and one that my group will remember for a long time.
