Something that certainly makes this apartment unique is its unbeatable location, in the middle of San Bernardo, very close to the Alcazar of Seville and the historic city. It is within walking distance of the main attractions of the city, most emblematic tours, most unique monuments, as well as basic services such as banks, shops and supermarkets. Our apartment stands out for the contemporary design, the quality and the functionality of its spaces. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey building with lift. On entering the apartment we find the living room that communicates with a beautiful communal courtyard. In the lounge you can find sofas to rest after a day of sightseeing in the city, a table with five chairs, television, wifi and the kitchen that is next to the living room is equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare a delicious tea or coffee. In a more private area of ​​the house we find the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a 150x200 cm bed and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds and also a large wardrobe to store all your travel clothes. The bathroom has a lovely sink, toilet and a large shower area. We also have a crib in case you come with your baby.

The apartment is located in one of the most central and beautiful places of Seville, very close to the Alcazar and Seville Cathedral. It is an old Arrabal of the city that has retained the charm of the past. Approximate distances to major monuments and stations: - Santa Cruz Quarter: 10 minutes - Cathedral: 15 minutes - Spanish Steps: 15 minutes - Metro Station: 5 minutes - Santa Justa: 15 minutes.

Guests have access to all rooms and wardrobes in the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and is asked to respect the hours of silence and rest of the neighbors.

Check-out (departure) must be before 12:00 as we must prepare the apartment for the next guest. Please, we ask that you leave the apartment in the best possible condition. I always expect them to treat my house as if it were theirs, taking care of every detail. I usually like to say goodbye to my guests and wish them the best. If we can not go and say goodbye and pick up the keys, you can leave them on the living room table and leave the apartment.
