Newly built/furnished place in NW London, 25 min to central london, Free parking

ENTIRE PLACE. NEW. This is a ground floor independent Annexe apartment (part of detached house but with its own entrance), with a private entrance and views to lovely private garden, in a quiet & charming residential area of Pinner (HA5). It is equipped with 24 hours underfloor heating, high speed wifi, Separate entrance, kitchenette with American fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, microwave/oven. No hob. Washer access available on request. There is a laundrette at a short walking distance (near costa) with very reasonable prices.

The guests can sit and relax in the private garden and patio.

Bathroom with 24 hours hot water and high quality German fittings.

There is double bed and wardrobe in main bedroom.

The sitting room/lounge/2nd bedroom has a sofa bed (which pulls out to become a double bed to comfortably sleep 2 adults), wardrobe, coat hanger, TV, Desk/ extendable Dining Table (newly added) with 4 chairs

Bed linen and clean towels are provided.

The location is 3-5 min walk from Pinner tube station (Metropolitan line), with frequent train connections to London, taking 25 min to Baker Street. Close to local high street, supermarkets, parks, laundrette, restaurants, bars & cafe.

WE ARE VERY PROMPT WITH OUR RESPONSES. You can send us the reservation request or any query and you will hear back from us in a short time.

Please note: We offer min 2 nights stay, but if you can please send the enquiry/request with your purpose of visit, we might be able to accommodate min 1 night stay.

Things to know :

No smoking.

No pets.

Suitable for Children and babies. Please note we don’t provide any travel cot/high chair.

Please keep the main entrance gate locked at all times.

There is one pre designated parking, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for resident guest’s car.

There is high speed wifi available. Apple TV and free view channels available on TV.

The property is accessible to registered guests (max 4) ONLY. No visitors are allowed on the premises. there are meeting places/restaurants/coffee shops/parks within 100 metres walking distance.

As a standard practice, We expect government issued id (ideally copy of passport) to be provided for all the resident guests, please send to us after the booking is confirmed. Pleased send by email/attachment/hand in before check in.

Please leave/hand over the place in clean condition.

Please report any breakage/damage for the inventory/property.

The guest to pay for any loss or breakage. Having said that, we have never had any issues on this front so far.

Please respect the quiet neighbourhood and keep noise level down in premises, especially after 10.30 pm.

Check in time is from 3 pm onwards. Please let us know the specific one hour window for arrival time and check in. Please ask if any specific request for check in timings, we always try to accommodate.

Check out time is 11am.

There is a refundable deposit of £200, which get credited to customer account a week after the checkout (in line with HomeAway rules). We have always had lovely guests and full amount has been refunded by HomeAway.

About AJ

We are a family of 4, a couple with two kids aged 16 and 14. My husband and I are professionals working with Blue Chip companies/ MNCs for long years, have lived in 4 countries and travelled to many. Hosting a vacation rental is just an extension of our love to travel and meeting new people, from diferent cultures and places.

Why AJ chose Pinner South

Pinner is considered to be the beautiful and leafy suburb of the London Borough of Harrow, with wide tree-lined streets, a conservation area, large houses and flat conversions in attractive Edwardian buildings.

With a clutch of fine timber-framed buildings, Pinner High Street, a remarkable survival of a medieval village, is also a café culture hub and a star in its own right, so picturesque that it is often used as a filming location. Eddie Redmayne was spotted there shooting the Stephen Hawking biopic The Theory of Everything, for which the young British star scooped this year’s best actor Oscar.

Considered the wealthy side of the London borough of Harrow, Pinner has a strong sense of community, with four key events each year. There are celebrations in April for St George’s Day, then comes Pinner Fair in May — granted charter status in 1336 by King Edward III — the Pinner Village Show in Pinner Memorial Park on the second Saturday in September, and Pinner Pantomime Evening, on the last Thursday of each November.

Pinner also has the lowest crime rate in the whole of London, with several independent schools and single-sex schools with a prestigious reputation, making it a popular area for affluent families.

From our place. You can walk to the pubs, restraunts, cafes, tube station, nearby supermarkets. Its a very safe area to walk around and to get to London, Pinner also has the lowest crime rate in the whole of London.

Pinner has an array of large houses situated on quiet leafy roads, and is a family area near tube, which makes it very unique, safe for families and travellers.

What a lovely little annex. I can not fault the care and attention from AJ, the Host at this little gem!

If you are looking to spend some time in the capital then this is a perfect base! Pinner has some nice amenities and the property is a very short walk from the local station which takes you straight to Baker Street!

The accommodation is modern and inviting! You literally have everything you need. It is scrupulously clean with great views of a lovely private garden with use of an immaculate patio area!

Very cosy and clean appartment for our family, with a lovely terrace in a green garden

It was a perfect place for us to stay during our visit to London with our family with two kids. We could park our car in the driveway, relax outside in the garden, sleep well in the hot summernight next to the ventilator. There is a good shower and comfi towels.

Super fridge in the kitchen, but no possibilities to cook an extensive meal, however there is a kettle and microwave. Its close to the underground to visit London. Also very close to Harry Potter studio’s. The hosts are a wonderful and very helpfull family.

Lovely clean, comfortable accomadation, AJ and her family are the perfect hosts. Really easy to reach Wembley for our concert and would definitely

recommend this as a base for visiting London or going to concerts

St. Helens little town near Manchester & Liverpool

Fresh clean modern apartment in a good location

The apartment was very smart clean modern, it as everything u would need for your stay ideally located with just a short walk to the tube station, where u can move around London with ease. AJ was brilliant with us very helpful and informative, AJ and her family where a pleasure to talk to and very welcoming if they could help u with something they would.I would definitely stay again if I was in London again and I would recommend to my family and friends. My family and I had a fantastic stay 😄?👍?

Great little place!

My family was in the area for a memorial service and needed a base of operations. This place was really good. Walking distance to the tube and lots of retail. Once all the external landscaping is complete it'll be really Great! Inside is newly renovated and very nice.
