About the property

House with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and outdoor shower. 450 m2 private garden. Next to the beach.

The house is located in one of the quietest and best located residential areas of Puerto Pollensa, only 25 meters from the beach and with all possible services. There are no hotel complexes around and there is a multitude of parking in front of the house.

The wide sandy beach is only 1 minute away on foot. There are lifeguard services, showers, toilets and changing rooms less than 5 minutes away on foot. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away on foot. Pharmacy and pediatrician less than 5 minutes. The environment presents all kinds of services.

The construction dates from 1920, being the oldest and best preserved in the area. The last reform was made in 2017 (kitchen and bathrooms completely new). It maintains the structure of the traditional houses of the time, with a large central room and 4 double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The constructed area is approximately 200m2. Outside there are garden areas (400 m2 around the house), porches, relaxation areas, hammocks, an outdoor shower, a toilet and a laundry.

The decoration of the house is Mediterranean style, with all possible comforts:

- 1 bedroom with double bed (wooden bed purchased in antique shop with more than 100 years)

- 1 bedroom with 2 beds.

- 1 bedroom with double bed.

- 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and TV.

- Living room (sofas and TV) and dining room for 8 pax.

- Laundry.

- Several covered and uncovered terraces.

Other amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge (incl. Freezer), stereo with CD, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, drying rack, ironing board, washing machine, outdoor furniture, barbecue.

Children are welcome. There is a travel cot with additional mattress, high chair for children, hammock babies, books and beach toys.

Port de Pollença or 'Puerto Pollensa' is a place especially known among the British community, as many of them spend their vacations or set up their second home here. It has good infrastructures and beaches, as well as excellent opportunities to practice water sports.

At present, the cycling industry in Mallorca registers a value of about six million euros a year and Port de Pollensa is one of the places where there is more movement throughout the year. The Sky team decided to establish their pre-season camps in the area of ​​Port de Pollensa and Alcúdia. In addition, Port de Pollensa has become one of the main points for cyclists who want to get the most out of the northern routes.

All the beaches that surround the port of Pollensa are different but they have in common the wonderful views. The Llenaire sandy beach offers a wide variety of water sports. Further south is Can Cullerassa beach, where you can bathe and enjoy during a warm summer day.

Located north of the port and hidden among the pines of the promenade, you will find Albercutx beach, a wonderful chain of sandy beaches, where you can find one or two steps of the clear and shallow waters. Just a short drive from Port de Pollensa, you will find Formentor beach, located in a beautiful cove surrounded by pine trees, with views of the mountain and its infrastructures (including those of the hotel). If you go a little further, you will come to: the small Cala in Feliu, Cala Murta and Cala in Gossalba. These coves are less accessible but, once you arrive, the effort will have been worth it.

With its infinite charm, Port de Pollensa is a destination where families and couples return every year. In fact, many of these people (especially those of British nationality) love this place so much that they end up buying a house here or even moving completely. The feeling of comfort and security that characterizes this area make it a very attractive option for families with small children.

During a stay in Port de Pollensa, it is worth visiting: Cap de Formentor, the old walled city of Alcúdia, the attractive area of ​​Cala San Vicente and, of course, the town of Pollensa.

Built by the Italian engineer Antonio Parietti, the sinuous 13.5km road, from Port de Pollensa to Formentor, offers breathtaking views on each and every one of its sections. Away from the port, you will discover natural areas of extreme beauty and, during a clear day, you may even reach Menorca, which is about 40km away.
