This wonderful apartment is located close to great transport links, restaurants, shops and Regents Park. The split level apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and an open plan living and dining area. This would be the perfect flat for up to 4 people wanting to stay in a great value place to stay in the heart of Central London.

The Space:

The apartment is located in a friendly residential building and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. As you enter into the apartment on your left is the kitchen and straight in front of you is the open plan living and dining area. Head up the stairs and there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

LIVING AREA / DINING AREA

The open plan living and dining area is lovely and light thanks to the the large windows which allows plenty of natural light into the room. The large sofa is a great place to sit and relax after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. This sofa also turns into a sofa bed if requested.

The dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

PLEASE NOTE: The TV only has Freeview channels.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. There is a large fridge freezer so you are able to store plenty of food. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.

BEDROOMS

Both of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There is also plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away.

BATHROOMS

The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with Guests:

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

The Neighborhood:

Regent’s Park is just a 2 minute walk away and is one of the Royal Parks. The park covers 395 acres and includes Queen Mary's Gardens which features more than 12,000 roses of 400 varieties, as well as the gloriously restored William Andrews Nesfield's Avenue Gardens. The park also houses the Open Air Theatre, London Zoo, Primrose Hill, the country's largest free to access waterfowl collection and 100 species of wild bird. It is a tad less famous than Hyde Park but in my opinion a much better destination!

You are absolutely spoiled for choice for great restaurants and bars. Check out buzzing Charlotte and Goodge streets for fantastic bars and restaurants such as Reverend J.W. Simpson, The Ninth, Salt Yard, Vagabond Wines, and Bourne & Hollingsworth.

Getting Around:

This flat is in a fantastic location in terms of being able to get around London easily and quickly. The flat is close to Great Portland Street ( Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan lines), Warren Street ( Victoria and Northern lines) Regent’s Park ( Bakerloo line) and London Euston ( National Rail, London Overground, Northern and Victoria lines).

If you would prefer to travel around London by bus there are a number of bus stops along Albany Street.

Perfect Location, Flat had issues

This flat is in the perfect location to get around in London. Walking and Uber was our most frequent options. The fridge did not work and had a horrible smell in it. The shower was unusable, we could not control the water temperature, it was either freezing cold or scalding hot, nothing in between and for someone who likes to shower every day, this was a huge inconvenience. The wifi was unreachable the whole time we were here, also another huge inconvenience. I communicated all of these problems to the property management but nothing was done. Flat itself was very nice and again perfect location but the negatives far outweighed the possitive.
