Private ground floor one bedroom apartment, lovely village setting with village shop ,great pubs and pub food a short walk away (The Farriers Arms has its own micro-brewery - try the '1606' bitter!). International station just 10 minutes' drive (35 minutes to London, 2 hours to Paris),channel tunnel Le Shuttle 15 minutes, Dover 30 minutes. Private off road parking and own garden, well equipped flat, galley kitchen with fridge, oven/microwave plus washer/dryer. WIFI, TV and DVD etc. Hosts 'next door' if any guidance or help needed. Ideal location for travellers on their way to or from Europe. Central village setting - two traditional pubs, with good food, and the village shop - all within easy walking distance.

We are retired, keen travellers, non smokers. We have enjoyed the hospitality of Homeaway hosts in USA, and want to offer our apartment to visitors either en route to the continent to take advantages of great connections, or those who want to sample Kentish village life, and some of the great attractions locally available.

This apartment is totally self contained, with its own garden. Great for leisure or business travellers. Good pub food within easy walking distance, plus only 5 minutes' drive to cinema complex, restaurants, designer outlet etc.

We live 'next door' so can offer advice on local places of interest. We can also offer lifts to the international station, channel ports, Eurotunnel, etc.

Fantastic little place

We stayed for 4 nights with our 4 month old. We found the annex to be spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more - Jam, Marmalade, bread, milk and cereals as well as tea and coffe was a lovely surprise. Great location for us to attend a wedding locally and also as a base to explore Kent. Close enough to Ashford for an easy commute to London too. Lovely hosts, friendly , welcoming and next door if you need anything. We would happily stay again when visiting friends and can’t recommend highly enough. Many thanks

A small but delightful apartment

Marion and Chris were perfect Hosts. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped. Everything worked well. All the extras .including butter, jams,fresh bread bread, milk and orange juice plus much more was very much appreciated. It was lovely to have our own little garden to enjoy the hot weather. Very convenient for the M20

Great long weekend break

Marion and Chris were very friendly, accommodating and helpful, the annex is a lovely stay, very well equipped and quiet, the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed, the Farriers arms, just down the road is a great pub with excellent food and drink, which we frequented often. All in all plenty of sunshine and walking and a lovely place to come back to after your day out, highly recommended thank you Marion and Chris

Clean & cozy cottage, Marion & Chris nice as can be! Perfect!

What lovely accommodations with everything very comfortable and sparkling clean, and our hosts as nice and helpful as you’d want. They stocked the cabinet and refrigerator with cereals, breads, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and more. Marion also included a DELICIOUS berry jam— I ate it all leaving not a drop.

The Annexe was also well located to many of the things we wanted to do and explore in the area.

Staying here made our holiday PERFECT! Thank you Marion and Chris!

Everything we could have wanted!

Marion and Chris are caring and thoughtful hosts. We could not have wished for better accomodation beautifully prepared with many thoughtful touches such as a vase of cut flowers. Well placed for Ashford and surrounds in a lovely village. A great place to stay. We will certainly try and stay here on our future visits to Ashford!
