**MONTLY RENTALS ONLY**
Bring your clothes and walk right in ! Everything you need is in this immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This second floor condo is in a smaller, quiet community, and boasts a nice swim pool and tennis court, about 100 feet from the unit. Our community is right off Gladiolas (in-between the church and Tortuga development) and a 2 minute walk to the lovely public library. We are 10 minutes to the Sanibel Causeway and 15 minutes from Ft. Myers beach. Within minutes to several grocery stores shopping, miniature golf, shell hunting, etc. Of course, lots of nice walking/bike paths for the exercise. Our condo is furnished nicely with a KING size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub/shower. Both bathrooms have granite counter tops. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Direct TV with hundreds of channels in the living room and local TV with about 50 channels in the master bedroom. High speed WIFI. The back screened-in lanai is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and all the pots/pans/dishes you'd need. Full size washer and dryer. Gas gill on the grounds for use.

Our HOA requires all renters submit a background check, which is your responsibility. In addition, we ONLY do rentals on a monthly basis (no daily or weekly rentals). Please feel free to call me with any questions

You have a deposit to stay at our place and if you've damaged the property, it will be deducted from your deposit. That we do not want! We actually want you to come back next year! Excellent Stay

The condo is clean and well appointed. Annie was very accessible and responded very quickly to any inquiry that I had. I wanted the cable upgraded and that was done within an hour !! No real problems for the two months I stayed there. I don't cook so I didn't use the stove or oven at all. Just the microwave and toaster.

Loved our stay!!!

We had the best time during our week's stay at this lovely condo. We hadn't been to this area before; the condo is close to everything, and we were on the go constantly. The condo is really nice - it has everything you need down to an ironing board or a crock pot, was spotlessly clean, and we loved the pool. The décor is very nice - I can't say enough nice things about it. We timed the drive to Sanibel Island - 10 minutes. Cape Coral and Ft. Myers Beach about the same distance. It's a great place to stay - we're already planning a trip in the fall!

Not quite retirement age, we are not able to spend as much time in Florida as we'd like! Our family visits a lot, but renting our place out a little just makes sense. We are very picky about who we allow to stay, as this is our home away from home.
