A luxury two bedroom, 2 bathroom, semi-detached townhouse situated in the exclusive La Torre 5* Golf Resort, near Murcia. It is furnished to a superb standard and is fully equipped including a 32' LCD HD TV, FREE WI-FI, DVD, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, AIR CONDITIONING (in lounge/dining room and both bedrooms), central heating and a digital safe. For those with young children there are 2 COTS with deluxe mattresses, 2 HIGHCHAIRS and a stair gate available to use at NO EXTRA COST, unlike others who will charge for these items. There is a covered terrace on the ground floor and 2 other sun terraces on the 1st and 2nd floor where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity and stunning views of mountains, sunset and melon fields. We are very conveniently located, with the Clubhouse, resort centre and supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The resort boasts a number of restaurants, bars, swimming pools, children's play areas, tennis courts, a hair and beauty salon. There are also plenty of activities for the non golfer.

La Torre Golf Resort: La Torre Golf Resort is a 5 star luxurious golf resort characterised by a Mediterranean-style, white-washed properties and wide avenues flanked by trees, fountains and gardens. Structured around a large, 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 1.4 km2 resort also has tennis courts, several swimming pools including a jacuzzi, a gym and a children pool and a number of play grounds.

How to get there: Murcia (San Javier) Airport is only 15 to 20 minutes away.

Townhouse Pagel 1

Pleasant short stay @ Pagel 1, very accommodating regarding early check-in and late checkout, close to centre, lovely sunset views over farmland. Very comfortable beds.

Lovely Stay

Lovely stay in La Torre. We’ve been there a number of times before, so knew what to expect. Villa is clean and tidy and comms with Chui and Chrissy, we’re excellent. Beds are comfy and plenty of towels. Could perhaps do with a few more glasses of various sorts and perhaps a few more pots and pans, but difficult as space in the kitchen is limited. Does not detract from our stay and, of course, not everyone will want to cook in the villa. Would definitely return.

Lovely House in the sun

We had a great time, we did hire a car to get around and see more of Murcia. There were a couple of hiccups but the owners soon sorted them out. They had recently got a new key holder and there was a mix up with the key code, I couldn’t get hold of the key holder but the owner got it sorted. Worth double checking you have the right code. Would definitely stay again if going to Murcia.

Perfect town house fabulous views

Great stay. What a spacious house (as opposed to apartments that we have chosen before). Could follow the sun around the house at all times because there are 3 terraces, all with enough tables/sunloungers. Amazing views from master bedroom terrace and sunsets that could be from a brochure. Located on a street near to the main entrance so convenient for daily trips out. Near to spa so also convenient. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equiped even though on the small side. Enough seating in the lounge for 4 of us. Host kindly allowed early check in even though we had a plan for a day of sightseeing just in case. Bars and restaurants in town center were open early season (April) and we did visit........ I'd say..... Irish bar nothing special but good for convenience. However the Italian restaurant was very accommodating when we hadn't booked and the food was excellent. No pharmacy onsite. Take your medical bag! If looking for a resort type atmosphere this is not it. If looking for an immaculate estate, a peaceful break, and willing to hire a car for day trips. Perfect. Id love to come again.
