A nice and cozy bungalow in the Vista Mar urbanization with a private pool, just 20 meters from the beach, where you can find the best beach bars and restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes of the area.

The house is divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living area, with a modern and cozy decoration. The spacious dining room with a large renovated kitchen that communicates with the living room.

The bungalow is equipped with great care so that you do not miss anything during your stay! Here are the details:

The kitchen is completely equipped. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven and fridge. It also has all kinds of kitchenware

The pleasant covered dining room where you can enjoy pleasant evenings in the company of friends and family. With direct access to the pool and the garden area, perfectly cared for, it provides the necessary privacy for complete relaxation.

Fabulous location, beautiful pool and garden

50m from the beach and various restaurants. The private pool was absolutely lovely, and the garden was the perfect size, with a stunning palm tree. There was plenty of sun, but also some shade when you needed it. However, the house is FULL of the owners’ possessions. Over two-thirds of the bedroom cupboards were either locked or contained bedding, linen, personal effects etc. LOTS of it. Every kitchen cupboard was full, and despite there being maybe 40 glasses, most were too small to use (100ml?). There were 6 of us and I bought 4 glasses. In each bathroom, the shower water poured into the bathroom from under the shower screen. The bathroom sinks were not secure. Some pillows were not fit for use. A wet, sandy paddle board was left in the smallest bedroom and took up all the floor space. Having said all that, we would probably return but the house needs a little investment and de-cluttering. We had a lovely holiday.

Week in the Sun

Rented the villa as a group of 6 friends, we are in our twenties so wanted a mix between both relaxing in the sun and the nightlife of nearby Marbella and Puerto Banús. The villa actually couldn’t have been more perfect for us and this. The villa was kitted out so well, the kitchen, bathrooms and general house were amazing and didn’t leave us wanting for anything. The beach is a 20 second walk away, with numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk so you could be very happy hardly leaving the vincinity of the villa. For people who are also attracted to the buzz of Marbella and Puerto Banús also won’t be disappointed. We didn’t have a hire car so used Uber to get about (which worked well for us) was between £15-30 depending on time and location but was no hassle at all and had no problems getting back after a night out. For us, it was hedonism. Couldn’t recommend it more, thanks.
