About this property

House with 4 bedrooms, 2.1 bathrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located on calle Alonso el Sábio, just 10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 8 guests. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties (see booking conditions).

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. White marble flooring contrasts with antiques, marble columns, aqua-green walls and colored timber. Each of the three floors is painted in tones of blue, orange and yellow.

On the ground floor, the patio of the house is set up with a large dining table for 8. Beyond is the modern kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for cooking and washing. Oven, dishwasher and washing machine included. There is also a kitchen island unit with bar stools. The patio features a fountain and a quaint sitting area with a piano. The living room is on the second floor; with a sofa, two armchairs, a bench and TV.

4 bedrooms: BR1 double bed (150x200cm); BR2 twin beds (0,90x200cm); BR3 twin beds (0,90x190cm); BR4 double bed (135x190cm).

2 bathrooms + 1 toilet: There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and other with a shower) and 1 toilet.

Private Terrace (facing south): The terrace has 2 adjacent spaces equipped with outdoor furniture, including: a large dining table, canopy and lounge sofas - making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.

Excellent location with interesting interior and great roof terrace

We really enjoyed our stay at Alfonso Terrace. The best for us was the location - it’s so close to all shops, the Alcazar/Cathedral and great fun stepping out into the street into the thick of it. We’re from London so used to street noise which we actually like. Someone else in our group isn’t and found it quite loud at night for sleeping but not much to be done about it given central location. We loved the interior which is fun and characterful. It was great to use the roof terrace and make the most of the winter sun. Very small downsides were a lack of sharp knives and general basic provisions in the kitchen and the downstairs lavatory suffers from black mould. Also, would be good to have a larger sofa on the ground floor. Didn’t detract from enjoying our stay though. We were three adults and two young children.

Enjoyable Christmas

We enjoyed a family christmas for 8 people and there was plenty of room for all. Very clean house, extremely central, you step out of the house and are right in the centre of Seville city living...we loved it! The only downside if anything was that the towels were very small, only hand towels rather than bath towels in one of the bedrooms (not ideal for a 6' man) and the cleaner had not left any dishcloths, tea towels or oven gloves. This was a minor annoyance, however it was a very expensive apartment so you would assume this basic attention to detail would be a given. The host was lovely and check in went very smoothly. Great venue for a party!

Stunning and central

What a beautiful house - so much personality and beautifully clean. The man who checked us was super friendly and spent a lot of time showing us round and answering any questions about the house and Seville itself. Wish we could have stayed longer, great house for groups of friends especially as it was so centrally locates. And we loved the roof terrace! Many thanks :)

Centrally located and nicely furnished house

Really enjoyed our stay here - spacious flat with all amenities supplied. It was as advertised. Good location with restaurants, main tourist sights within walking distance. Small neighbourhood metro supermarkets close to hand. It is on 4 floors so normal mobility required - may not be suitable for those with impaired walking etc. Would happily recommend to our friends coming to Seville.
