Large Self-contained Flat, Sleeps X4 (double Bedroom + Sofa Beds), Dogs Welcome

These apartments command a fantastic view overlooking Weymouth Bay and you just have to cross the road, to be on the beach.

If Apartment 1 ( Property 8367308 ) is booked, be sure to check availability of Apartment 2 ( Property 8367345 ), or vice-versa.

The beach is one of the best in the country. Each apartment has one double bedroom and sofa beds in the lounge.

The bathrooms have recently been re-fitted and the rest of the flats have been re-decorated and new sofa beds/chairs added.

Utility costs / linen / towels etc. included in rental cost.

We took over these premises around Xmas 2014 and have refurbished to a good standard. Our manager resides in the top flat.

We had been visiting Weymouth on numerous occasions and fell in love with the Dorset coastline. The views are exceptional and you have everything you need here, fresh air, great walks and scenery, also the main shops, cinema, marina, eateries & bars etc. are all within walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

The main feature to the property is the large bay window, overlooking the bay. Most of the buildings along the Esplanade are listed Georgian period properties.

Also, unlike a lot of seafront properties & hotels here, we provide a free parking permit for the duration of your stay ( offering a saving of at least £50 + per week in parking costs ).

Weymouth holiday flat

The good points: Location, overlooking the bay, excellent for shops, pubs, restaurants and cinema. Perfect position. Flat was huge, plenty of room. Comfortable bed and furniture.

Not so good points: Could do with updating. Parking is a nightmare (not their fault but no parking permits as the council hadn’t issued any, so we had to park in the pavilion car park which is the only 24 hour car park nearby 5-10 min walk). Which is fine if it’s not raining. Overall the holiday was good. Would have given 5 stars otherwise

Great setting

Quirky, clean and fantastic views. Very handy for town centre - didn’t use the car once we got there. Dan was really helpful. It was noisy from pubs and clubs on Friday and Saturday but earplugs helped.

Average and very loud

We were impressed with the size of the place but were not warned about the night clubs on the doorstep that would keep us up all night. Parking was restricted even though there was a parking permit. We ended up paying £15 for parking throughout our stay as there were no spaces on the permit zone.
