Superb Penthouse 80 m2 in Boutique, with large terraces of over 100 m2 - something out of the ordinary - overlooking the whole of Nerja!

The apartment is state-of-the-art and tastefully furnished with two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, open kitchen where all rooms have great views of the sea and the whole of Nerja.

San Juan de Capistrano is one of Nerja's most popular areas with outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the whole of Nerja city. The area has two swimming pools, well-kept gardens, convenience store, poolside bars, restaurants and shared free parking.

Below the pool area opens the sea view across the hillside down to the beach and town. It's almost impossible to say when this place and this Penthouse make it the best. Is it an early morning with hiking in the mountains or maybe along the beach or is it by the pool overlooking the whole of Nerja? Perhaps the best thing is to sit on the roof terrace and enjoy the atmosphere during the warm evenings and watch the beautiful sunset go down the mountains and see the lights shining along the entire coast.

In one of Nerja's highest locations this beautiful property is set in a stylish exterior. This newly built Penthouse has one of Nerja's best views of the south and the sun all day and evening on the two wonderful terraces.

The local bus that goes to Nerja center as well as all beaches stops right outside the building.

For the active there are many nice golf courses, lovely hiking trails, tennis and paddle as well as skiing in Sierra Nevada.

The apartment is equipped with all amenities, AC, central heating, internet, WIFi, cable TV, elevator etc.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.

The fully equipped apartment for 6 people has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open-plan kitchen to the living room. It has two large private terraces, of which a private roof terrace of more than 80 m2.

Living room: Living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people and exit to the terraces and views of the sea and the whole of Nerja.

Kitchen: A fully modern kitchen equipped with oven / hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, micro, toaster, coffee maker etc.

Master bedroom: Double bed, linens provided, entrance to separate toilet and shower, exit to the terraces.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, linens are provided, exit to terraces and a wonderful view from the bedroom over the sea and the whole of Nerja.

Bathroom: 2 bathrooms with shower, towels provided.

Terraces: 2 private terraces, of which a private roof terrace fully equipped with dining table, lounge area, sun loungers, sun loungers, barbecue, roof shower, parasol, sun protection and not least a wonderful view.

Weekly rent is charged in EURO via our Spanish service office, Eurosur, which provides all service for the trip and on-site.

450 Euro in low season (November - March)

750 Euro in mid season (April - June, September, October and Christmas)

950 Euro in high season (July - August)

The apartment can also rent other periods of time than weekly, for example, monthly. Discount on long-term rental in low season on request.

Changeover day is usually Sunday - Sunday, email if you have a request for other days.

The accommodation is smoke and animal free. For long term rentals, pets may be included on request.

Nerja is the Pearl of the Spanish Sun Coast, a true Andalusian small town 50 km east of Malaga.

The city is surrounded by the sheltered Almijara mountains, which creates a microclimate along a three-mile stretch, also known as the Costa Tropical. The temperature is here about 2-3 degrees above the other Solkusten and Nerja has the mildest winters throughout Europe, with an average temperature of about 18 degrees in January and February. Fruits like orange, lemon, kiwi, mango and avocado are grown here.

Near the apartment starts a fantastic hiking trail, RIO CHILLAR, with wonderful environment and waterfalls, which we highly recommend.

For those who like golf, Nerja is a gem with several nice golf courses in its vicinity.

If you like good food and drink, Nerja offers very many great restaurants.

Just next to the property is a wonderful communal pool overlooking the whole of Nerja.
