It has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, as well as two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite facilities. The first double bedroom has an en-suite shower, while the master bedroom has a super king-size zip/link bed and an en-suite freestanding bath. Outside is a lawned garden with furniture, ample parking and stables available for use by prior arrangement with the owner. A short drive from Axminster, Chard and the Jurassic Coast, it is an excellent holiday home for friends and families exploring Devon. Amenities: Oil fired central heating(controlled from main house). Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with furniture(through the summer months). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Stables attached to property available by prior arrangement with owner.
