South facing newly decorated Villa with a brand new Pool a well furnished totally private Villa located in quiet residential area of Calpe, within 1300 metres of the beach. The villa is built on two levels with the upper level comprising of 2 bedrooms, newly fitted bathroom, nice lounge and a well equipped kitchen. There is an outside terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool. The lower level contains 3 further bedrooms, a large newly refurbed shower, toilet bathroom. Outside the villa there's a spacious sun terraces and a separate barbecue area with seating. Between the villa and the pool there is a large grass terrace making it a safe play area for children and sunbathing. I have also purchased a Large Shade Sail that will installed in May to give that extra protection from the Sun. Within the gated villa grounds there is parking for three cars. Baby cots and high chair available at no extra cost. Bars and Restaurants on coast road 400 metres away. An ideal location for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle and all day sun.

Thanks for a great time at your villa! Having four adults and 3 children we thought we might be on top of each other but no it was spacious and there was so much garden for the children to play in plus the child friendly pool was terrific we were able to relax and sunbathe without any worries. Everything was perfect and Calpe was a lovely place with a great beach and bars.

lovely Villa, everything you need.

we were a group of nine, three generations ages from 7 to 68. We all loved it. It is quiet and not over looked at all. We went to the beach a couple of times but we preferred chilling by the pool the kids had loads of fun and so did the adults.

There are lots of places to eat in Calpe in the town and a couple within easy walking distance of the villa on the main road. And there is a Mercandona supermarket and a Lidl. We stayed in and barbecued a few nights.

We would all highly recommend it

Home away from Home in the Sun

This was my 6th visit back to this lovely quite Villa in Calpe and I will be back again next year, a true home away from home in the sun. Owners are a delight to deal with and everything went exactly to plan.

Great villa and great location

We had a great stay in the villa, lovely location and perfect for a nice chilled out family holiday. Gill and Andy were so helpful and lovely and made a great difference knowing they were on hand if we needed anything, so friendly and really happy to help. The villa itself is lovely and bright and clean, we looked at alot but this is best suited for English compared to alot of others. The pool is amazing, the kids loved it as it was not to deep which meant we could relax and they could have fun all day! Will definitely be returning as Calpe has everything you want for a family holiday and couldnt ask for more from a villa. Only recommendation would be some comfier sun loungers as the bars did stick in our back and they weren't adjustable so couldnt sit up and read etc but if they were changed it would be perfect!

Well maintained

Pros. Great outdoor space ideal for families. Sun all day secure and very little passing traffic.Pool is superb.House is very well equipped.Owner very quick to respond and local managers obliging and organised airport transport and sorted out minor problem with broken sun umbrella Cons. The walk to the beach is easy for adults need a torch at night. Tips if you want to go to old town catch the land train runs all day and late evening.First time in Calpe will return.

Fantastic villa and exceptional hosting!

Before i say anything about the villa and the lovely location I have to say that what really impressed me the most was the communication and the friendliness of Tony and Gill who manages the property. Tony answered all my queries in a timely manner and went that extra mile for those additional requests that we had. Gill met us on the day we arrived and was full of information that was helpful.

This was a first family holiday for us that 3 generations got together and not one of us could find fault with the layout or the facilities. Ages ranged from 67 to 5 years old and we were all comfortable. A lovely area with a brilliant view, we found it an ideal location to explore our surroundings and to just have fun round the pool.

We truly hope to go back again and would definitely recommend villa Calpe to all.

Wonderful villa, good location and lovely hosts

This last minute booking made our holiday. Our host was lovely in checking that we had everything we needed and even provided us with a contact to support with any questions we had during our stay.

Very clean home with a lovely new pool and a beautiful barbecue area for entertaining our guests.

Just one point to note - when looking for the address of the villa, note the importance of the letter in the road name.

Newly decorated and furnished private villa located in quiet residential area of Calpe, within 1100 metres of the coast road and Bay. You cannot get a better location for you to explore everything Calpe has to offer .. walking distance to beach about 1100 metres a 20 min walk. passing a lovely Spanish Bar/Restaurant then a short walk past salt lake nature reserve past Mercadona to the Beach..The fishing port is only short 5 drive from the property. Calpe is a typical Spanish town, very family friendly. It is overlooked by the spectacular 332 metre high Rock of Ifach (Penon), now a nature reserve, which separates Calpe's two main beaches & the fishing port & marina area. Calpe has many excellent bars & restaurants..
