Located a stones throw from the promenade and beach in St Leonards this spacious apartment a former chapel hall is the perfect base from which to enjoy a good old fashioned seaside break. Take a stroll from the apartment to the local galleries restaurants and antiques shops or head east along the coast to reach Hastings bustling town centre. A short drive will take you to several National Trust properties local vineyards and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House and Gardens Pashley Manor Gardens and Chapel Down Vineyard. Enter the apartment where there is a spacious hall to leave your coats shoes buckets and spades. Walk through into the breath-taking open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its beautiful vaulted ceilings which create a light and airy space. The lounge area has two large comfy sofas a TV/DVD and a wood burner for cosy evenings in. The kitchen/diner area has a large dining table and six chairs to accommodate all the family for evening meals and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob fridge freezer dishwasher coffee machine microwave and washing machine. There are two bedrooms a super-king-size and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). Located off the hallway is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Whilst there isn t any outside space there are several small bars cafes and restaurants within a short walk in which to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is unrestricted roadside parking for 2hrs outside the property and if you wish to leave your car for longer there is additional unrestricted parking a 5 minute walk away.
