Great Gracia Location - one of best streets in town and great area, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and very well connected; just min walk to prestigious Passeig de Gràcia, 2 min from Gaudi house and 1 min to the Metro

This apartment is great for COUPLES, FAMILIES, or BUSINESS delegations, with 2 complete and separate full bathrooms, comfy rooms & great living room area with an open kitchen. We have also a cosy gallery where you can relax with a cup of coffee.

There is space for up to 8 people. This fantastic and great apartment located on the 2nd floor (first in Barcelona is Principal which equals first floor, the first floor in Barcelona actually is the second floor) comes with:

4 bedrooms:- 1 master bedroom with a double bed. ( facing the main street of Gran de Gràcia )- 1 bedroom with one double bed. - 1 bedroom with one double bed. - 1 bedroom type in the gallery next to the living room with a double bed sleeping sofa (almost a separate sleeping room but separable via a curtain to living room), great quiet place- A double sleeping couch in the living room.

All the bedrooms have storing space, either cupboards, wardrobes or shelves.

2 bathrooms:- 1 complete bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet.- 1 complete bathroom with bath, sink, shower, and toilet.

- Fully equipped open kitchen (water heater, dish-washer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler, and fridge)

- The living room is a very quite space with a nice gallery to hang out.

If you want to experience Barcelona as a local, you are in the right place. Gracia quarter has a great mix of residents and tourist (very few) and has lots of great restaurants, spots, squares and coffee houses to enjoy.

You can not compare this neighborhood with any other, since it is located in the city center, which is so busy during the day but also during the night with all the restaurants that the area offers. One of the most legendary restaurants of Barcelona, EL BUTAFUMEIRO, is at less than a 5-minute walk. And in less than 2 minutes you are in Passeig de Gracia. This apartment will help you to keep Barcelona in your mind and you will never forget your stay... As I said: The Gracia area is breathtaking... and it is only 5 minutes walking away from Diagonal subway station and 10 minutes walking from the Gaudi house, LA PEDRERA. This street has the highest density of modernist buildings in the ENTIRE city (you will see this); another Gaudi House (actually the first one Gaudi built, is right around the corner (Casa Vincens, in calle de les Carolines 24). The best squares of the city are right there - Plaza de la Vila de Gracia, Plaza del Sol, Plaza de la Revolución, Plaza de la Virreina, and the fanciest street of Barcelona, Verdi street, which has plenty of great coffee houses and restaurants.

The best you can do to start your Barcelona experience in Gracia, is to step into the quarter through the pedestrian area via the Asturies Street (the street just before the Fontana subway station; 164 ft away), all the way to the best street in Gracia, Verdi street, and go down to the end (pass by great restaurants like "La Trini" or "D.O."). Or you can go to the square (2-minute walk from the flat) and to La Vila de Gracia, which has dozens of restaurants. If you want to experience the peaceful charm of this city in an insider and artist quarter, and, at the same time close to the city center around Passeig de Gràcia... then this is the place for you... you will love it! I am sure!

The closest metro station is Diagonal (L5, L3) which is 3 minutes walking down the flat.

Taxis are available on the street or walking down to Passeig de Gràcia.

Buses lines are also available, and very well connected.


Dear guest,

I would like to ask you to respect to my flat as if it was your own home. Let me know your arrival time as soon as you can, so I can arrange for a smooth check-in. Normally, you can CHECK-IN from 17.00 pm, but if you arrive earlier, we will surely find a solution, depending on availability of the cleaning women and other groups, at least for leaving your luggage before that but after 11.00 (should not be a problem).

The same is true for late CHECK-OUT: I will try to adapt to your needs as much as I can. Please respect the neighbors and do not make noise after 21.00 o'clock; always close the elevator door when using it and please switch off the lights and air conditioning when leaving. Please no pets and no smoking in the house! This will have as consequence a €250 fine. Please no drugs or other on the premises.

The keys will be handed over at the apartment in order to make it easier for you. Please note that I will have a person to help with LATE CHECK-INS (after 22.00 / 8pm). Here an additional fee of 20 euros is charged between 20h and 22h, between 22h and 24h a fee of 30 euros, and 50 euros after 24h.

Feel at home, but please keep in mind that there are neighbors around who deserve some rest. To secure a peaceful living environment, please keep the volume at a tolerable level, especially between 21pm and 8am. So if your night does not end at that time, I would like to ask you to turn down the music or leave the flat and set off for a night out in the city. Should you get into trouble with the neighbors or the police because of noise nuisance, I will find myself forced to retain the entire safety deposit, plus you would be 100% responsible of any additional expenses that the inconvenience might cause, such as physical or non-material damages.

Remember also to leave all the keys on the table at the entrance and close the door after you when checking out. Check before leaving that all air conditioners (ACs), lights and television, etc are turned off and please take your garbage with you and throw them in the grey bins you will find outside on the street.
